Penerimaan dividen interim ini berdasarkan Keputusan
Sirkuler Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Direksi dan Rapat Dewan
Komisaris PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi tertanggal 23 Desember
2025, yang mana Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris PT. Soho
Industri Pharmasi telah menyetujui penetapan dan pembagian
dividen interim untuk Tahun Buku 2025, kepada masing-
masing pemegang saham PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi
(termasuk Perseroan) dan untuk seluruh seri saham (saham
seri A dan seri B) dengan total sebesar Rp180.125.000.000,-
(seratus delapan puluh milyar seratus dua puluh lima juta
Rupiah) atau Rp 655.000.000,- (enam ratus lima puluh lima
juta Rupiah) per lembar saham.

Penerimaan dividen interim ini berdasarkan Keputusan
Sirkuler Sebagai Pengganti Rapat Direksi dan Rapat Dewan
Komisaris PT. Parit Padang Global tertanggal 23 Desember
2025, yang mana Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris PT. Parit
Padang Global telah menyetujui penetapan dan pembagian
dividen interim untuk Tahun Buku 2025, kepada masing-
masing pemegang saham PT. Parit Padang Global (termasuk
Perseroan) untuk seluruh seri saham (saham seri A dan seri
B) dengan total Rp240.890.000.000,- (dua ratus empat puluh
milyar delapan ratus sembilan puluh juta Rupiah) atau
Rp272.500,- (dua ratus tujuh puluh dua ribu lima ratus Rupiah)
per lembar saham
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pendapatan berupa dividen interim dari anak perusahaan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan, yakni PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi dan PT. Parit
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Padang Global sebagaimana disebutkan di atas, tidak
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berdampak material, baik terhadap kegiatan operasional,
Perusahaan Publik hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.

This interim dividend income is based on Circular Resolutions
in Lieu of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners
Meeting of PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi dated 23 December
2025, wherein the Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners of PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi has approved
the determination and distribution of interim dividends for the
Financial Year of 2025, to each shareholder of PT. Soho
Industri Pharmasi (including the Company) and for all series of
shares (series A and series B) with a total of
IDR180,125,000,000 (one hundred eighty billion one hundred
twenty-five million Rupiah) or IDR655,000,000 (six hundred
