Description of Information or Material Facts Pengangkatan pengurus dimaksud telah memperoleh persetujuan dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan atas Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan sesuai surat No. SR- 528/PB.02/2025 tanggal 17 Desember 2025 perihal Penyampaian Keputusan Hasil Penilaian Kemampuan dan Kepatutan (PKK) atas Pengangkatan Pengurus PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka pengangkatan ketiga pengurus Perseroan sebagaimana butir 1 telah dinyatakan efektif sejak tanggal 17 Desember 2025. Based on the resolution of the Company's General Meeting of Shareholders on March 25, 2025, and August 4, 2025, the appointment of the Company's management has been approved, namely: 1. Mr. Yuliot as Commissioner 2. Mr. Zulkifli Zaini as Independent Commissioner 3. Mr. Sunarto as Director of Information Technology where the appointment of the three officials will take effect after obtaining approval from the Financial Services Authority regarding the Fit and Proper Assessment.
