In response to the letter from IDX dated December 10, 2025, No. S-13994/BEI.PP3/12-2025
regarding the Request for Clarification on Volatility of Securities Transactions (“IDX Letter”)
addressed to PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk. (“Company”), we hereby convey the Company’s
responses as follows:
1. Does the Company have knowledge of any information or material fact that may affect the
value of the Company’s securities or investors’ investment decisions as stipulated in OJK
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts
by Issuers or Public Companies?
Response:
The Company is not aware of any information or material fact that may affect the value of
the Company’s securities or investors’ investment decisions as stipulated in OJK
Regulation No. 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Material Information or Facts
by Issuers or Public Companies.
2. Does the Company have knowledge of any information or material fact that may affect the
value of the Company’s securities or investors’ investment decisions as stipulated in IDX
Regulation No. I-E: Obligation to Submit Information, provisions point III.2.1. and IV.2.1.,
Appendix to the Decree of the Board of Directors of IDX No. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021?
Response:
The Company is not aware of any information or material fact that may affect the value of
the Company’s securities or investors’ investment decisions as stipulated in IDX
Regulation No. I-E: Obligation to Submit Information, provisions point III.2.1. and IV.2.1.,
Appendix to the Decree of the Board of Directors of IDX No. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021.
3. Other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the
Company’s securities price as well as the Company’s going concern which have not been
disclosed to the public.
Response:
There are no other important information/facts/events that are material which have not
been disclosed by the Company to the public.

4. Does the Company have knowledge of any activities of certain shareholders as stipulated
in OJK Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Reports on Ownership or Any
Changes in Ownership of Shares of Public Companies?
Response:
The Company is not aware of any activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in OJK
Regulation No. 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning Reports on Ownership or Any Changes in
Ownership of Shares of Public Companies.
5. Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future,
including corporate actions that will affect the listing of the Company’s shares on the
Exchange (at least within the next 3 months)?
Response:
The Company has no plans to undertake corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate actions that will affect the listing of the Company’s shares on IDX (at least
within the next three (3) months).
6. Plans of the major shareholder regarding its shareholding in the Company. In this regard,
the Corporate Secretary is requested to first inquire with the major shareholder in
providing confirmation.
Response:
As of the date of this letter, the Corporate Secretary of the Company has not received any
information from the major shareholder regarding its plans related to shareholding in the
Company.
