Perseroan berikutnya.
Ibu Enny Hartati akan memulai babak baru di masa
pensiun setelah 34 tahun berkontribusi dan tumbuh
bersama Perseroan.
Ibu Vandana Suri akan mengemban posisi yang baru
di Hindustan Unilever Limited sebagai Executive
Director and Business Unit General Manager Home
Care India.
Selanjutnya, Pemegang Saham Utama Perseroan
berencana mengusulkan pengangkatan Ibu Nurdiana
Darus sebagai Direktur Perseroan yang baru untuk
mendapatkan persetujuan dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang sama.
Kami menyampaikan terima kasih dan apresiasi
setinggi-tingginya atas dedikasi dan kontribusi Ibu
Enny dan Ibu Vandana selama menjabat sebagai
direktur di Perseroan. Semoga kesuksesan selalu
menyertai mereka di masa yang akan datang.
The resignation of Mrs. Enny Hartati, who will be
entering retirement, and Mrs. Vandana Suri, who will be
assuming new duties at Unilever, from their respective
positions as Directors of the Company. The resignation
will become effective upon approval at the forthcoming
General Meeting of Shareholders.
Mrs. Enny Hartati will begin a new chapter in her
retirement following 34 years of dedicated service and
professional growth with the Company.

Mrs. Vandana Suri will assume a new position at
Hindustan Unilever Limited as Executive Director and
Business Unit General Manager of Home Care India.
Furthermore, the main shareholder of the Company is
planning to propose Mrs. Nurdiana Darus as the new
Director of the Company to be approved in the same
General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
Our heartfelt thanks and highest appreciation for Mrs.
Enny Hartati and Mrs. Vandana Suri’s dedication and
valuable contributions during their tenure as directors
of the Company, and we wish them continued success
in the years ahead.
