Perseroan telah melakukan kegiatan  pra-proyek
diantaranya melaksanakan kegiatan pengurusan perijinan
serta kajian Front End Engineering Design (“FEED”) dan
Survey Data Primer. Pada tanggal 22 Januari 2025,
Kementerian ESDM telah mengeluarkan Keputusan Menteri
ESDM Nomor  20.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2025 tentang
Pencabutan Keputusan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya
Mineral Nomor 6105.K12/MEM/2016 tentang Penugasan
kepada Perseroan dalam Pembangunan dan
Pengoperasian Pipa Gas Bumi Dari Pipa WNTS ke Pulau
Pemping. Dengan demikian, PLN EPI menjadi entitas yang

ayat (1) huruf b dan c jo. Pasal 4 ayat (5) POJK 42/2020 adalah sebagaimana kami lampirkan dalam
surat ini.
