Total liabilitas Perseroan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 2746 atau sebesar Rp61.956.771.005 dari Rp228.891.416.584 (per 31 Desember 2025) menjadi Rp290.848.187.589 (per 30 Juni 2026) yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh: - Utang lain-lain kepada pihak berelasi. Hal ini sesuai dengan Keterbukaan Informasi yang disampaikan Perseroan pada tanggal 5 Mei 2026 yang menjelaskan bahwa adanya transaksi pinjaman antara Perseroan dengan PT Saraswanti Utama. - Utang lain-lain kepada pihak ketiga, sebagian besar disebabkan oleh utang dividen kepada pemegang saham. - Uang Muka Pelanggan atas pembelian unit apartemen. - Utang kepada bank. @ Based on the Interim Financial Statements of PT Saraswanti Indoland Development Tbk as of June 30, 2026, we hereby inform that there has been a change, or an increase, in the Company's total liabilities of more than 2046 compared to the Annual Financial Statements as of December 31, 2025. The Company's total liabilities increased by 2726, or Rp61,956,771,005, from Rp228,891,416,584 as of December 31, 2025, to Rp290,848,187,589 as of June 30, 2026. The increase was primarily attributable to the following: - Other payables to related parties. This is in accordance with the Information Disclosure submitted by the Company on May 5, 2026, which explained the loan Iransaction between the Company and PT Saraswanti Utama. - Other payables to third parties, primarily attributable to dividend payables to shareholders. - Advance from customers received for purchase of apartment units. - Bank loans.
