Perjanjian Kredit atas Fasilitas Kredit : Off-Shore Funds
sehubungan dengan pelunasan sebagian hutang dan
perpanjangan jangka waktu fasilitas di bawah Perjanjian Kredit
tertanggal 3 Desember 2020 dan Perubahan Syarat dan
Ketentuan tertanggal 1 Desember 2025.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Terdapat dampak hukum yaitu pemenuhan kewajiban
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan berdasarkan Perjanjian Kredit beserta seluruh
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, perubahannya dan dampak terhadap kondisi keuangan berupa
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berkurangnya liabilitas Perseroan. Disisi lain, tidak terdapat
Perusahaan Publik dampak pada kegiatan operasional dan kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.
