Uraian Informasi / Description of Information Transaksi Afiliasi yang bukan merupakan transaksi yang mengandung benturan kepentingan dalam rangka perubahan Perjanjian Kredit atas Fasilitas Kredit : Off- Shore Funds sehubungan dengan pelunasan sebagian hutang dan perpanjangan jangka waktu fasilitas di bawah Perjanjian Kredit tertanggal 3 Desember 2020 dan Perubahan Syarat dan Ketentuan tertanggal 1 Desember 2025 / Affiliate Transactions not containing conflicts of interest in the amendment to the Loan Agreement Pertaining to the Off-Shore Funds Loan Facility, in connection with Partial Repayment of the Debt and the Extension of the Facilitys Term, under the Loan Agreement dated 3 December 2020, and the Amendment of the Terms and Conditions dated 1 December 2025. Nilai Kontrak / Contract Value adalah setelah Sebelum pelunasan sebagian sebesar USD20.000.000 dan pelunasan sebagian menjadi sebesar USD10.000.000 atau setara dengan Rp166.670.000.000,- (berdasarkan kurs tengah BI per tanggal 1 Desember 2025 : USD 1 setara dengan Rp. 16.667,-) / The outstanding debt prior to the partial repayment was USD20,000,000.
