                                              with the Second Phase
                                              Acquisition as stated in the Company's Letter No
                                              17092025003/OMSS/BOD/IX/2025 dated 17 September
                                              2025, concerning the Report on Material Information or Facts
                                              of PT Oscar Mitra Sukses Sejahtera Tbk, the
                                              Company has received information regarding the
                                              developmentof the Company's acquisition, stating that:
                                              a. PT Olive Power Invest (the "Buyer") and Hendro Jap and
                                              Hieo Mie Ten (collectively, the "Seller") have signeda Share
                                              Sale and Purchase Agreement on 25 November 2025, in
                                              connection with the purchase of1,290,157,112 (one billion two
                                              hundred
                                              ninety million one hundred fifty-seven thousand one
                                              hundred and twelve) sharesfrom the Seller; and
                                              b. the Company's acquisition through the completion of the
                                              Second Phase Acquisition by the Buyer was
                                              completed (crossing/closing) on 25 November 2025 (the
                                              "Transaction ").

                                              The Seller and the Buyer in this Transaction are not affiliated
                                              parties.

 Impact of event, material information or     With the completion of the afore mentioned Transaction
