Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material (I) PT SIP telah menerima surat pengunduran diri tertanggal
31 Juli 2026 dari Bapak Piero Brambati dalam kapasitasnya
selaku Direktur PT SIP.
(II) Pengunduran diri anggota Direksi PT SIP sebagaimana
disebutkan pada butir (I) di atas akan berlaku efektif sejak
tanggal persetujuan Para Pemegang Saham PT SIP atas
pengunduran diri anggota Direksi tersebut berdasarkan
Keputusan Para Pemegang Saham PT SIP, yang
direncanakan akan ditandatangani pada tanggal 31 Agustus
2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pengunduran diri anggota Direksi tersebut tidak menimbulkan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, aspek
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan maupun PT SIP

akan berakhir pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2026

Description of Material Information or (I) PT SIP has received a resignation letter dated July 31, 2026
Facts from Mr. Piero Brambati in his capacity as a Director of PT
SIP.
(II) The resignation of the member of the Board of Directors of
PT SIP as referred to in point (I) above shall become effective
upon the approval of such resignation by the shareholders of
PT SIP through a Shareholders' Resolution of PT SIP, which is
scheduled to be executed on 31 August 2026.
