3. Uraian Informasi atau Fakta (I) PT SIP telah menerima surat pengunduran diri
Material/ Description of tertanggal 31 Juli 2026 dari Bapak Piero Brambati
Material Fact of Information dalam kapasitasnya selaku Direktur PT SIP/ PT SIP
has received a resignation letter dated July 31, 2026
from Mr. Piero Brambati in his capacity as a Director
of PT SIP.
(II) Pengunduran diri anggota Direksi PT SIP
sebagaimana disebutkan pada butir (I) di atas akan
berlaku efektif sejak tanggal persetujuan Para
Pemegang Saham PT SIP atas pengunduran diri
anggota Direksi tersebut berdasarkan Keputusan Para
Pemegang Saham PT SIP, yang direncanakan akan
ditandatangani pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2026/ The
resignation of the member of the Board of Directors
of PT SIP as referred to in point (I) above shall
become effective upon the approval of such
resignation by the shareholders of PT SIP through a
Shareholders' Resolution of PT SIP, which is
scheduled to be executed on 31 August 2026.

sebagai tenaga kerja asing berdasarkan Perjanjian
Hubungan Kerja Eksekutif antara PT SIP dan Bapak Piero
Brambati, yang akan berakhir pada tanggal 31 Agustus
2026/ Mr. Piero Brambati's resignation was submitted in
connection with the expiry of his assignment as a foreign
employee under the Executive Employment Agreement
entered into between PT SIP and Mr. Piero Brambati, which
is due to expire on 31 August 2026.
