Rp500.000.000.000,00 (“Perjanjian Fasilitas BNPP” atau
“Transaksi”) sehubungan dengan perpanjangan jangka
waktu fasilitas. / On November 21, 2025, BNPP as the
lender, along with Protelindo as the borrower signed
Amendment Facility Agreement No. LC/HT-103/LA/2025
to the Revolving Loan Facility Agreement No. LC/HT-
093/LA/2024 dated November 21, 2024 as lastly amended
by Amendment Agreement No. LC/HT-009/LA/2025 dated
January 22, 2025 amounting IDR500.000.000.000,00
(“BNPP Facility Agreement” or “Transaction”) in
connection with the extension of the facility period.
