pada tanggal 24 Oktober 2025 menyatakan bahwa/I/we hereby declare as a shareholder registered under the Company’s
Shareholder Register as of 24 October 2025 state that:
1. Menggunakan hak untuk menjual sejumlah saham kepada Perseroan saham BBTN dengan harga
sebagaimana diatur pada Pengumuman Ringkasan Risalah Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar
Biasa PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk/Use my rights to sell my/our BBTN shares with shares
price as regulated in the Announcement of Summary of The Minutes of the Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.
2. Telah membaca dan memahami serta menerima seluruh persyaratan pembelian saham oleh
Perseroan yang diungkapkan dalam Risalah Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT Bank
Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk /Have read, understand and accept all the conditions of the shares buyback by the
Company as disclosed in the Summary of The Minutes of the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.

3. Bersedia menanggung risiko dan biaya yang timbul dari transaksi penjualan saham saya kepada
Perseroan sebagaimana yang telah diungkapkan dalam Pengumuman Ringkasan Risalah Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk /Agree to accept the risks
and fees incurred from this share purchase transaction to the Company as disclosed in the Summary of The Minutes of
the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk.
4. Setuju untuk sahamnya dibeli kembali oleh Perseroan dengan perhitungan proporsional terhadap jumlah saham yang
ingin dijual pemegang saham Perseroan sampai dengan jumlah maksimal sebesar 10% dari modal yang ditempatkan,
apabila (i) total dari seluruh saham yang diminta untuk dibeli kembali melebihi 10% dari modal yang ditempatkan dalam
Perseroan; dan (ii) Perseroan telah mengusahakan agar sisa saham dibeli oleh pihak ketiga namun masih belum berhasil
atau terdapat sisa saham yang tidak dibeli oleh pihak ketiga /Agree to have its shares to be bought back by the Company
proportionate to the number of shares that will be sold by the Company's shareholders up to a maximum amount of 10%
of the issued capital, if (i) the total shares requested to be bought back exceeds 10% of the Company's issued capital,
and (ii) the Company has made endeavors to cause the remaining shares to be purchased by third parties but is not
successful or there are remaining shares that are not purchased by such third parties.
5. Pernyataan ini merupakan pernyataan yang tidak dapat dibatalkan dan tidak dapat ditarik Kembali/This statement is a
statement which cannot be cancelled and revoked.
