Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 24 Oktober 2025, Perseroan telah
menandatangani Perjanjian Hutang Piutang dengan PT
Cahaya Sabit Anugra (Pemberi Pinjaman), suatu badan
hukum yang berdomisili di Kab. Bogor.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dengan diterimanya fasilitas pinjaman ini, Perseroan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan memperoleh tambahan likuiditas untuk mendukung kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, operasional. Namun demikian, transaksi ini akan menambah
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kewajiban liabilitas jangka pendek Perseroan dan berpotensi
Perusahaan Publik mempengaruhi rasio leverage keuangan Perseroan.
Manajemen Perseroan menilai bahwa struktur permodalan
setelah transaksi ini masih dalam batas wajar dan sesuai
dengan prinsip kehati-hatian (prudential principle).
