Any change in post-employment benefit obligations resulting from the application of
this attribution guidance is considered a change in accounting policy.
Based on the press release, each company is required to assess an appropriate time to
change its accounting policy accordingly, and the impact must be accounted for
retrospectively to the opening balance of the earliest comparative period, if material.

The Company has applied the requirements of this press release and engaged an
independent actuary to calculate the impact of this accounting policy change from the
beginning of the comparative period presented.

Changes to PSAK effective in 2023.

The following new and amended accounting standards and revisions issued and

 Amendment to PSAK 1 “Presentation of Financial Statements” (Disclosure of
              accounting policies)

              intended use)

liabilities arising from a single transaction)

Effective on or after January 1, 2024

The following new and amended standards and revisions have been issued but are not
yet effective for the financial year beginning on or after January 1, 2024 :

 Amendment to PSAK 73 “Leases” regarding “Lease Liabilities in a Sale and
              Leaseback.”

As of the authorization date of these consolidated financial statements, the Company
is still evaluating the potential impact of the adoption of the above relevant standards
        on the consolidated financial statements.

    d. Basis of Consolidation

When the Company controls an investee, it is classified as a subsidiary. The Company
is deemed to control an investee when all three of the following elements are present
: power over the investee, exposure or rights to variable returns from its involvement
with the investee, and the ability to use its power over the investee to affect the amount
of the investor’s returns. Control is reassessed whenever facts and circumstances
indicate that there may have been changes in one or more of the elements of control.

De facto control exists in situations where the Company has the practical ability to
direct the relevant activities of an investee without holding the majority of voting
rights. To determine whether de facto control exists, the Company considers the
          following facts and circumstances :
 The size of the Company’s voting rights relative to the size and dispersion of
                holdings of other voting shareholders;
             Substantive potential voting rights held by the Company and other parties;
             Other contractual arrangements; and
 Historical patterns in exercising voting rights.

The consolidated financial statements present the results of the Company and its
subsidiaries as if they were a single economic entity. Accordingly, intercompany
transactions and balances between the Company and its subsidiaries are fully
          eliminated.

The consolidated financial statements incorporate the results of business combinations
using the acquisition method. In the statement of financial position, identifiable assets,
liabilities, and contingent liabilities acquired are initially recognized at their fair
values at the acquisition date. The results of subsidiaries acquired during the year are
included in the consolidated statement of comprehensive income from the date on
which control is obtained. The results are excluded from consolidation from the date
          control ceases.

    e. Non-Controlling Interests
For business combinations that occurred before January 1, 2011, the Company
initially recognized non-controlling interests in the acquiree based on the
proportionate share of the non-controlling interests in the net assets of the acquiree.
For business combinations occurring on or after January 1, 2011, the Company has an
option, on a transaction-by-transaction basis, to measure the initial recognition of non-
controlling interests in the acquiree that represent present ownership interests and
entitle their holders to a proportionate share of the entity’s net assets upon liquidation
either at fair value on the acquisition date, or at the proportionate share of the
acquiree’s identifiable net assets. Other components of non-controlling interests, such
as outstanding share options, are generally recognized at fair value.

The Company and its subsidiaries have not elected to apply the fair value option for
          any completed acquisitions to date.

    f. Foreign Currency
Transactions of the Company and its subsidiaries denominated in currencies other than
the primary economic environment in which the Company entities operate (the
functional currency) are recorded using the exchange rates prevailing at the dates of
the transactions. Monetary assets and liabilities denominated in foreign currencies are
translated using the exchange rates prevailing at the reporting date.
Exchange differences arising from the retranslation of unsettled monetary assets and
liabilities are recognized directly in profit or loss, except for foreign currency
borrowings that are designated as a hedge of a net investment in a foreign operation.
Such exchange differences are recognized in other comprehensive income and
accumulated in the foreign exchange translation reserve, together with the exchange
differences arising from the retranslation of the foreign operation itself.

Exchange gains and losses arising from the translation of monetary available-for-sale
financial assets are treated as a separate component of the change in fair value and are
recognized in profit or loss. Exchange gains and losses on non-monetary available-
for-sale financial assets form part of the overall gain or loss recognized in relation to
          that financial instrument.

Upon consolidation, the results of foreign operations are translated into the
presentation currency using exchange rates prevailing at, or approximating, the dates
of the transactions. All assets and liabilities arising from foreign operations, including
goodwill arising from the acquisition of such operations, are translated using the
exchange rates prevailing at the reporting date. Exchange differences arising from the
translation of the opening net assets at the beginning of the year and the results of
foreign operations at the actual exchange rates are recognized in other comprehensive
income and accumulated in the foreign exchange translation reserve.

Exchange gains or losses arising from the translation of long-term monetary items that
form part of the Company’s net investment in foreign operations are recognized in the
Company’s separate financial statements and reclassified to other comprehensive
income, where they are accumulated in the foreign exchange translation reserve in the
          consolidated financial statements.

When a foreign operation is disposed of, the cumulative exchange differences
recognized in the foreign exchange translation reserve relating to that operation up to
the date of disposal are reclassified to the consolidated statement of comprehensive
income as part of the gain or loss on disposal.

As of September 30, 2025 and December 31, 2024, the exchange rates used (full
          amounts) were as follows :

          Loans and Receivables

Loans and receivables are non-derivative financial assets with fixed or determinable
payments that are not quoted in an active market.
These assets are primarily generated through the provision of goods and services to
customers (for example, trade receivables), but also include other types of contractual
          monetary assets.
Such assets are initially recognized at fair value plus any directly attributable
transaction costs and are subsequently measured at amortized cost using the effective
interest rate method, less any allowance for impairment losses.

An impairment allowance is recognized when there is objective evidence (such as
significant financial difficulty of the counterparty, default, or a significant delay in
payment) that the Group is unable to collect all amounts due according to the original
terms of the receivables. The amount of the allowance is the difference between the
asset’s carrying amount and the present value of the estimated future cash flows from
the impaired receivable. For trade receivables, which are reported net, such an
allowance is recorded in a separate provision account, and the related loss is
recognized under administrative expenses in the consolidated statement of
comprehensive income. When it is confirmed that a trade receivable is uncollectible,
the gross carrying amount of the asset is written off against the related allowance.

From time to time, the Company and its subsidiaries may renegotiate the credit terms
of trade receivables from customers with good historical transaction records. Such
renegotiations may result in changes to the payment terms rather than the amounts
owed. Consequently, the revised expected cash flows are discounted at the original
effective interest rate, and the resulting difference in fair value is recognized in the
consolidated statement of comprehensive income under operating profit.

The Company and its subsidiaries’ loans and receivables include trade receivables,
other receivables, and cash and cash equivalents as presented in the consolidated
          statement of financial position.

    i. Cash and Cash Equivalents

Cash and cash equivalents consist of cash on hand, short-term deposits, and highly
liquid short-term investments with original maturities of less than three months, as
well as current accounts for cash flow reporting purposes. Current accounts are
presented as part of current liabilities in the consolidated statement of financial
          position.

In the consolidated statement of cash flows, cash and cash equivalents include cash
on hand, demand deposits, and other highly liquid short-term investments with
original maturities of three months or less, as well as bank overdrafts. In the
consolidated statement of financial position, bank overdrafts are presented together
with borrowings as part of current liabilities.

    j. Trade and Non-Trade Receivables

Trade receivables represent amounts due from customers for sales of goods or services
performed in the ordinary course of business. When collection of the receivables is
expected within one year or less (or within the normal operating cycle, if longer), such
receivables are classified as current assets. Otherwise, they are presented as non-
          current assets.
Non-trade receivables from related parties represent receivable balances arising from
loans granted to the Company’s related parties.
Trade and non-trade receivables are initially recognized at fair value and subsequently
measured at amortized cost using the effective interest method, if the impact of
discounting is significant, less any provision for impairment losses.

The collectibility of trade and non-trade receivables is reviewed on a regular basis.
Receivables that are determined to be uncollectible are written off directly against
their carrying amounts. An allowance account is used when there is objective evidence
that the Group is unable to collect all amounts due according to the original terms of
the receivables. Significant financial difficulties of the debtor, the probability that the
debtor will enter bankruptcy or financial reorganization, and default or delinquency in
payments are considered indicators that a receivable may be impaired. The amount of
the impairment loss is measured as the difference between the asset’s carrying amount
and the present value of estimated future cash flows discounted at the receivable’s
          original effective interest rate.

Cash flows related to short-term receivables are not discounted when the effect of
          discounting is immaterial.

The amount of impairment loss is recognized in the profit or loss and presented under
“impairment loss expense.” When trade and non-trade receivables that have been
previously impaired are subsequently deemed uncollectible, such receivables are
written off against the allowance account. Any subsequent recoveries of receivables
previously written off are credited to “impairment loss expense” in the statement of
          profit or loss.

    k. Inventories

Inventories are initially recognized at cost and subsequently measured at the lower of
cost and net realizable value. Cost includes all costs of purchase, conversion, and other
costs incurred in bringing the inventories to their present location and condition.
The weighted average method is used to determine the cost of interchangeable items.

    l. Prepaid Expenses

Prepaid expenses are charged to expense over the periods in which the related benefits
are expected to be received, using the straight-line method.

    m. Property, Plant, and Equipment

                                                 15

NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENT
FOR THE NINE MONTH PERIOD ENDED ON
30 SEPTEMBER 2025

Property, plant, and equipment are initially recognized at cost. Similar to purchase
prices, costs include those that are directly attributable to bringing the asset to its
working condition and the estimated present value of unavoidable future costs
required to dismantle or remove the asset. Such liabilities are recognized as
provisions. Since 2015, land, buildings, and machinery have been presented at
revalued amounts, which are the fair values determined by independent external
appraisers registered with the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan),
less accumulated depreciation for buildings and machinery.
Revaluations are performed with sufficient regularity to ensure that the carrying
amounts do not differ materially from the fair values determined at the reporting date.

Changes in fair value are recognized in other comprehensive income and accumulated
in the revaluation reserve, except for decreases in value that exceed any credit balance
on the revaluation reserve, or reversals of such decreases, which are recognized in
        profit or loss.

Factory equipment, laboratory equipment, office equipment, motor vehicles, and
electrical installations are stated at cost less accumulated depreciation. The cost
includes expenditures that are directly attributable to the acquisition of the assets.

Land is not depreciated. Depreciation of assets under construction is not commenced
until the assets are completed or ready for their intended use. Depreciation is applied
to all property, plant, and equipment so as to allocate the depreciable amount of an
asset over its estimated useful life.

Depreciation is computed using the straight-line method over the estimated useful
lives of the assets. The estimated useful lives are as follows :

                                                   Years

        Building 8 - 20
        Electrical Installation 5
        Machinery 5 - 15
        Factory Equipment 4 - 15
        Laboratory Equipment 4-5
        Office Equipment 4
        Motor Vehicles 4

At the date of revaluation, the accumulated depreciation for buildings and machinery
that have been revalued is eliminated against the gross carrying amount of the assets,
and the net amount is restated to the revalued amount of the assets. The difference
between the depreciation based on the revalued amount of buildings and machinery
and the amount that would have been charged based on historical cost is transferred
from the revaluation surplus to retained earnings when the land, buildings, and
machinery are recognized in the consolidated statements of comprehensive income

(for example, through depreciation or impairment). Upon disposal of the assets, the
related balance of the revaluation surplus is transferred to retained earnings.

The Company and its subsidiaries apply the cost model in the subsequent
measurement of property, plant, and equipment, except for land, buildings, and
machinery. The Company and its subsidiaries changed their accounting policy for
land, buildings, and machinery from the cost model to the revaluation model effective
December 31, 2015. This change was made in reference to PSAK 16 “Property, Plant,
and Equipment,” which states that “an entity shall choose either the cost model or the
revaluation model as its accounting policy” and shall apply that policy prospectively.

    n. Impairment of Non-Financial Assets (Other than Invenstories and Deferred Tax
          Assets)

The Company and its subsidiaries assess at each reporting date whether there is any
indication that an asset may be impaired. If any such indication exists, or when an
annual impairment assessment for an asset is required, the Company and its
subsidiaries estimate the asset’s recoverable amount.

An asset’s recoverable amount is the higher of its fair value less costs to sell and its
value in use, and is determined for an individual asset unless the asset does not
generate cash inflows that are largely independent from those of other assets. In
assessing value in use, the estimated future cash flows expected to be derived from
the asset are discounted to their present value using a pre-tax discount rate that reflects
current market assessments of the time value of money and the risks specific to the
asset. In determining fair value less costs to sell, an appropriate valuation model is
          applied.

When the carrying amount of an asset exceeds its recoverable amount, the asset is
written down to its recoverable amount. An impairment loss is recognized in the
consolidated statements of comprehensive income, except for assets that are carried
at a revalued amount, in which case the impairment loss is treated as a revaluation
          decrease.

An assessment is made at each reporting date as to whether there is any indication that
previously recognized impairment losses may no longer exist or may have decreased.
A previously recognized impairment loss is reversed if there has been a change in the
estimates used to determine the asset’s recoverable amount since the last impairment
loss was recognized. In such a case, the carrying amount of the asset is increased to
its recoverable amount. The increased carrying amount shall not exceed the carrying
amount that would have been determined, net of depreciation, had no impairment loss
been recognized previously. Such a reversal is recognized in the consolidated
statements of comprehensive income, except for assets measured at revalued amounts,
in which case it is treated as a revaluation increase.

    o. Financial Instruments

A financial instrument is any contract that gives rise to a financial asset of one entity
and a financial liability or an equity instrument of another entity.

          i. Financial Assets

                Initial Recognition
The classification and measurement of financial assets are based on the business
model for managing the financial assets and the contractual cash flow
characteristics, whether they are solely payments of principal and interest.

Financial assets are classified into the following two categories :
 Financial assets measured at amortized cost.
 Financial assets measured at fair value, either through profit or loss or
                    through other comprehensive income.

The Company determines the classification of financial assets at initial
recognition and cannot change it after the initial application.

All financial assets are initially recognized at fair value plus transaction costs,
except for financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss.

The company’s financial assets include cash and cash equivalents, trade
receivables third parties, other receivables third parties, short-term investments,
and security deposits, which are classified as non-current financial assets and
                recorded under other non-current assets.

                Financial assets are classified as current assets if they are due within 12 months;
otherwise, they are classified as non-current assets.

                Subsequent measurement
The measurement of financial assets after initial recognition depends on their
                classification, as follows :

                   Financial assets measured at amortized cost;
Financial assets measured at amortized cost are subsequently measured
using the Effective Interest Rate (EIR) method, less any impairment losses.
The amortized cost is calculated by taking into account any discount or
premium on acquisition and fees that are an integral part of the EIR.
Amortization of the EIR is recorded in the statement of profit or loss. Any
losses arising from impairment are also recognized in the statement of profit
                    or loss.

 Financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss or through
                    other comprehensive income.

NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENT
FOR THE NINE MONTH PERIOD ENDED ON
30 SEPTEMBER 2025

Financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss or through
other comprehensive income are subsequently presented in the statement of
financial position at fair value, with changes in fair value recognized in the
statement of profit or loss or in other comprehensive income, respectively.

              Derecognition
A financial asset (or, as applicable, a part of a financial asset or part of a group
of similar financial assets) is derecognized when :
 The rights to receive cash flows from the asset have expired; or
 The Company has transferred its rights to receive cash flows from the asset,
or has assumed an obligation to pay the received cash flows in full without
material delay to a third party under a “pass-through” arrangement, and
either: (a) the Company has transferred substantially all the risks and
rewards of the asset; or (b) the Company has neither transferred nor retained
substantially all the risks and rewards of the asset, but has transferred
                   control of the asset.

        ii. Financial Liabilities

              Initial Recognition
Financial liabilities are classified as follows :
 Financial liabilities measured at amortized cost.
 Financial liabilities measured at fair value through profit or loss or through
                   other comprehensive income.

The Company determines the classification of its financial liabilities at the time
of initial recognition. As of June 30, 2024, and 2023, the Company only had
financial liabilities measured at amortized cost, which consist of trade payables
              – third parties, accrued expenses, bank loans, lease liabilities, and other
              payables.

              Subsequent Measurement
After initial recognition, which is at fair value plus transaction costs, the
Company measures all financial liabilities at amortized cost using the effective
              interest rate method.

              Derecognition
A financial liability is derecognized when it is settled, canceled, or expires.

If an existing financial liability is replaced by another liability under
substantially different terms, or the terms of an existing liability are substantially
modified, the exchange or modification is treated as a derecognition of the
original liability and the recognition of a new liability, with the difference in
carrying amounts recognized in the income statement.

       iii. Financial Instrument Offsetting

                                               19

NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENT
FOR THE NINE MONTH PERIOD ENDED ON
30 SEPTEMBER 2025

Financial assets and financial liabilities are offset, and the net amount is reported
in the statement of financial position, when there is a legally enforceable right
to set off the recognized amounts and there is an intention to settle on a net basis
or to realize the asset and settle the liability simultaneously.
The legally enforceable right must not depend on future events and must be
enforceable in the normal course of business, as well as in the event of default,
insolvency, or bankruptcy of the company or the counterparty.

       iv. Impairment of Financial Assets

The Company recognizes an expected credit loss (ECL) allowance for financial
assets measured at amortized cost and debt instruments measured at FVOCI.
ECL is a probability-weighted estimate of credit losses. Credit loss is measured
as the present value of all cash shortfalls (i.e., the difference between the cash
flows due to the Company under the contract and the cash flows the Company
expects to receive), discounted using the effective interest rate of the financial
asset. It reflects reasonable and supportable information available without undue
cost or effort about past events, current conditions, and forecasts of future
              economic conditions.

The Company recognizes an impairment allowance based on either 12-month
ECL or lifetime ECL, depending on whether there has been a significant
increase in credit risk since initial recognition.

When determining whether the credit risk of a financial asset has increased
significantly since initial recognition and when estimating the ECL, the
Company considers reasonable and supportable information that is relevant and
available without undue cost or effort. This includes both quantitative and
qualitative information and analysis, based on the Company’s historical
experience and informed credit assessment, as well as forward-looking
              information.

The Company recognizes lifetime ECL for trade receivables that do not contain
a significant financing component. It uses a provision matrix based on the
Company’s historical credit loss experience, adjusted for forward-looking
factors specific to the borrower and the economic environment.

At each reporting date, the Company assesses whether financial assets measured
at amortized cost and debt instruments at FVOCI have suffered a credit
impairment. A financial asset is considered to have a credit impairment when
one or more events have occurred that have a detrimental impact on the
estimated future cash flows of the financial asset. Evidence that a financial asset
is credit-impaired includes observable data indicating one or more of the
              following events :
 Significant financial difficulty of the issuer or borrower.
 Breach of contract, such as default or past-due events.

                                               20

NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENT
FOR THE NINE MONTH PERIOD ENDED ON
30 SEPTEMBER 2025

 The lender, for economic or contractual reasons related to the borrower’s
financial difficulty, grants a concession to the borrower that would not
                    otherwise be considered.
 It is probable that the borrower will enter bankruptcy or undergo other
                    financial reorganization.
 The disappearance of an active market for the financial asset due to
                    financial difficulties.
 Purchase or origination of a financial asset at a deep discount that reflects
                    incurred credit losses.

The Company considers a financial asset to be in default when the counterparty
fails to meet its contractual obligations, or there is a breach of other contractual
                terms, such as collateral requirements.

The Company directly writes off the gross carrying amount of a financial asset
when there is no reasonable expectation of recovering the contractual cash
flows, either in part or in full. This generally occurs when the Company
determines that the borrower has no assets or income sources capable of
generating sufficient cash to repay the amount being written off.

However, written-off financial assets may still be subject to enforcement
activities in accordance with the Company's procedures for recovering due
                amounts.

Expected credit losses (ECL) on financial assets measured at amortized cost are
recognized as an allowance for impairment against the gross carrying amount of
the financial asset, with the resulting impairment loss (or reversal) recognized
in the statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income. ECL on
investments in debt instruments at FVOCI are recognized as accumulated
impairment losses in other comprehensive income, with the resulting
impairment loss (or reversal) recognized in the statement of profit or loss and
                other comprehensive income.

    p. Leases

The Company assesses whether a contract is, or contains, a lease. A contract is, or
contains, a lease if it grants the right to control the use of an identified asset for a
period of time in exchange for consideration.

          Lease liabilities
At the commencement date of the lease, the Company recognizes a lease liability
measured at the present value of lease payments to be made over the lease term. Lease
payments include fixed payments (including payments that are in substance fixed) less
any lease incentives receivable, variable lease payments that depend on an index or
rate, and amounts expected to be paid under residual value guarantees. Lease
payments also include the exercise price of a purchase option reasonably certain to be

                                                21

exercised by the Company and penalties for terminating the lease if the lease term
reflects the Company exercising an option to terminate.

          Short-term leases
The Company applies the short-term lease recognition exemption for leases with a
term of 12 months or less from the commencement date and that do not contain a
purchase option. Lease payments for these short-term leases are recognized as an
expense on a straight-line basis over the lease term.

    q. Defined Benefit Plans

The surplus and deficit of defined benefit plans are measured as follows :
 The fair value of the plan assets at the reporting date, minus
 The present value of the defined benefit obligations calculated using the
projected unit credit method and discounted to present value using the yield of
high-quality corporate bonds with maturities close to the obligations; plus
 Unrecognized past service costs, minus
 The effect of any minimum funding requirements agreed with the plan sponsor.

Remeasurements of the net defined benefit liability are recognized directly in equity.
          These remeasurements include :
            Actuarial gains and losses
 Returns on plan assets (excluding interest)
 Effects of the asset ceiling (excluding interest)

Service costs are recognized in profit or loss and include current service costs, past
service costs, as well as gains and losses from curtailments.

Net interest expense (income) is recognized in profit or loss and is calculated by
applying the discount rate used to measure the defined benefit obligation (asset) at the
beginning of the annual period to the benefit payments during the period.

Gains or losses arising from changes in scheme benefits or curtailments are recognized
directly in profit or loss. Settlements of a defined benefit plan are recognized in the
period in which the settlement occurs.

    r. Taxation

Tax expense consists of current tax and deferred tax. Tax is recognized in profit or
loss, except to the extent that it relates to items recognized in other comprehensive
income or directly in equity. In such cases, the tax is recognized in other
comprehensive income or directly in equity.

          Current Tax
Current income tax expense is calculated based on the tax laws applicable at the
reporting date. Current income tax assets or liabilities consist of obligations to, or
claims from, the tax authorities related to the current or prior reporting periods that

NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENT
FOR THE NINE MONTH PERIOD ENDED ON

have not been settled at the end of the reporting period. Income tax is calculated using
the tax rates and tax regulations applicable for the relevant fiscal period, based on
taxable profit for that period. All changes in current tax assets or liabilities are
recognized as a component of income tax expense in profit or loss.

Deferred tax assets and liabilities are recognized when the carrying amount of an asset
or liability in the consolidated statement of financial position differs from its tax base,
except in cases where the difference arises from :
 The initial recognition of goodwill,
 The initial recognition of an asset or liability in a transaction that is not a
business combination and, at the time of the transaction, does not affect
accounting profit or taxable profit, and
 Investments in subsidiaries and jointly controlled entities where the Company
can control the timing of the reversal of the difference and it is probable that the
difference will not reverse in the foreseeable future.

Recognition of deferred tax assets is limited to the extent that it is probable that taxable
profit will be available against which the deductible temporary differences can be
utilized. In the case of deferred tax assets arising from investment properties measured
at fair value, it is assumed that recovery will occur through sale rather than through
use, unless there is evidence to the contrary.
The amount of deferred tax assets or liabilities is determined using the tax rates
enacted or substantively enacted at the reporting date and is expected to be utilized
when the deferred tax liability (or asset) is settled (or recovered).

          Deferred Tax
Deferred tax assets and liabilities are offset when there is a legally enforceable right
to offset current tax assets and liabilities relating to taxes levied by the same tax
          authority on :
 The same taxable entity, or
 Different entities within a group that intend to settle current tax assets and
liabilities on a net basis, or to realize the assets and settle the liabilities
simultaneously, in future periods where the deferred tax asset or liability is
                expected to be significant.

In accordance with the Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (“Perppu”) I of 2020,
the Government reduced the corporate income tax rate from 25% to 22% for the 2020
and 2021 fiscal years, and to 20% starting in 2022.

Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 7 of 2021 on the Harmonization of Tax
Regulations stipulates a corporate income tax rate of 22% for domestic taxpayers and
permanent establishments, effective from the 2022 fiscal year onwards, with a 3%
reduction for certain eligible domestic taxpayers. Accordingly, the previously set 20%
tax rate is no longer applicable following the enactment of this law.

NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENT
FOR THE NINE MONTH PERIOD ENDED ON

In determining revenue recognition, the Company analyzes transactions using the
          following five-step approach :

           i. Identifying the contract with the customer, based on the following criteria :
 The contract has been approved by all parties involved.
 The Company can identify the rights of the parties and the payment terms
for the goods or services to be transferred.
 The contract has commercial substance.
 It is probable that the entity will receive consideration for the goods or
                     services transferred.
ii. Identifying the performance obligations in the contract, which are to transfer
goods or services that are distinct to the customer.
iii. Determining the transaction price, after deducting discounts, returns, sales
incentives, luxury goods tax, value-added tax, and export levies, which the
entity is entitled to receive as compensation for transferring the promised goods
                or services to the customer.
iv. Allocating the transaction price to each performance obligation based on the
relative standalone selling price of each promised good or service in the
                contract.
          v. Recognizing revenue when the performance obligations are satisfied (either
over time or at a point in time).

Performance obligations can be satisfied in the following ways :
 At a point in time (typically a promise to deliver goods to the customer); or
 Over a period of time (typically a promise to provide services to the
customer). For performance obligations satisfied over time, the Company
selects an appropriate measure of progress to determine the amount of
revenue to recognize as the obligation is fulfilled.

A performance obligation is satisfied at a point in time unless it meets one of the
following criteria, in which case it is satisfied over time :
 The customer simultaneously receives and consumes the benefits provided
                    by the Company’s performance as the Company performs;
 The Company’s performance creates or enhances an asset that the customer
controls as the asset is created or enhanced; and
 The Company’s performance does not create an asset with an alternative
use to the Company, and the Company has an enforceable right to payment
                    for performance completed to date.

Local sales are recognized when the goods are delivered to the customer, whereas
export sales are recognized when the goods are shipped (F.O.B. Shipping Point) and
ownership rights are transferred to the customer.
Expenses are recognized based on the benefits in the relevant year (accrual basis).

Interest arising from bank loans used to finance construction is capitalized as part of
the cost, while net interest income on withdrawals is charged. The Company does not
incur other interest expenses that are capitalizable.

    u. Earnings per Share

Basic earnings per share are calculated by dividing the residual net profit by the
weighted average number of shares outstanding during the year.

    v. Segment Information

Segment information is prepared in accordance with the accounting policies adopted
in the preparation and presentation of the consolidated financial statements. The
primary segment reporting format is by business segment, while the secondary
          segment is by geographic segment.

A business segment is a distinguishable component of a company that produces
products or provides services (either individual products or services or a group of
related products or services) and has risks and rewards that are different from those of
          other segments.

A geographical segment is a distinguishable component of a company that produces
products or provides services in a particular economic environment (region) and has
risks and rewards that are different from those of components operating in other
          economic environments (regions).
Assets and liabilities that are shared across one or more segments are allocated to each
segment only if the revenues and expenses related to those assets are also allocated to
          the respective segments.

    w. Dividends

Dividends are recognized when they become legally payable. For interim dividends
on shareholders’ equity, the dividends are declared by the Board of Directors. For final
dividends, they are approved by the shareholders in the general meeting of
          shareholders.

    x. Share Capital

Financial instruments issued by the Company are classified as equity only to the extent
that they do not meet the definition of a financial liability or an asset. The Company’s
ordinary shares are classified as equity instruments.

    y. Provisions

Provisions are recognized when the Company and its subsidiaries have a present legal
or constructive obligation as a result of a past event, it is probable that an outflow of

economic resources will be required to settle the obligation, and a reliable estimate of
          the amount can be made.

Provisions are reviewed at the end of each reporting period and adjusted to reflect the
best estimate. If it is no longer probable that an outflow of economic resources will be
required to settle the obligation, the provision is reversed.

If the effect of the time value of money is material, provisions are discounted using a
pre-tax rate that reflects, where appropriate, the specific risks of the liability. When
discounting is used, the increase in the provision due to the passage of time is
          recognized as a finance cost.

    z. Contingencies

Contingent liabilities are not recognized in the consolidated financial statements. They
are disclosed in the notes to the consolidated financial statements unless the outflow
of economic resources is considered remote.

Contingent assets are not recognized in the consolidated financial statements but are
disclosed in the notes to the consolidated financial statements when it is probable that
an inflow of economic benefits will occur.

 3. SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING ESTIMATES AND ASSUMPTIONS
    a. Fair Value Measurement

Certain assets and liabilities in the Company’s financial statements require
measurement at, and/or disclosure of, fair value.

The fair value measurement of the Company’s financial and non-financial assets and
liabilities uses observable market inputs and data as much as possible. Inputs used in
determining fair value measurements are categorized into different levels based on
how observable inputs are used in valuation techniques (“fair value hierarchy”) :
 Level 1: Quoted prices in active markets for identical items (unadjusted)
 Level 2: Inputs other than Level 1 that are observable directly or indirectly
 Level 3: Unobservable inputs (i.e., not derived from market data)

The classification of items into the levels above is based on the lowest level of input
that has a significant effect on the fair value measurement of the item. Transfers
between levels are recognized in the period in which they occur.

The Company measures certain items at their fair value, including :
 Land, buildings, and machinery revaluation – Property, plant, and equipment
               (Note 11)

    b. Assumptions for Defined Benefit Plans

                                                26

The costs, assets, and liabilities of the defined benefit plans maintained by the
Company are determined using methods that rely on actuarial estimates and
assumptions. Details of the key assumptions are presented in Note 29. The Company
incorporates input from independent actuaries to ensure the appropriateness of the
assumptions. Changes in the assumptions used may have a significant impact on the
consolidated statements of comprehensive income and the consolidated statements of
          financial position.

    c. Legal Proceedings

The Company reviews the progress of ongoing legal cases as of each reporting date
to assess the need for provisions and disclosures in its financial statements. Factors
considered in making litigation provision decisions include the nature of the litigation,
claims, or assessments; the legal process; the potential severity of damages in the
relevant jurisdiction; developments in the case (including those occurring after the
reporting date but before issuance of the financial statements); the opinions or views
of legal advisors; experience in similar cases; and management’s decisions on how
the Company will respond to the litigation, claims, or assessments.

    d. Income Taxes

The Company is subject to income taxes, and significant judgment is required in
determining the provision for income taxes. In the normal course of business, there
are transactions and calculations for which the ultimate tax determination is uncertain.
As a result, the Company recognizes liabilities for taxes based on estimates of whether
additional taxes and interest may be payable.

These tax liabilities are recognized when, even though the Company believes that its
tax positions are supportable, it is probable that a particular position will be challenged
and may not be sustained upon review by the tax authorities. The Company believes
that the accrual for tax liabilities is adequate for all audited years, based on an
assessment of various factors, including past experience and interpretations of tax
laws. This assessment involves estimates and assumptions and may require complex
judgments about future events. If actual tax outcomes differ from the amounts
recorded, the differences will affect the income tax expense in the period in which the
          determination is made.

 trade receivables from third parties.

NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENT
FOR THE NINE MONTH PERIOD ENDED ON
30 SEPTEMBER 2025

The Company and its subsidiaries own several parcels of land located in Jakarta and
Tangerang, with legal titles in the form of Building Use Rights (Hak Guna Bangunan or
HGB) for periods of 20 to 30 years, which will expire between 2020 and 2028. Management
believes that there are no issues with the extension of these land rights, as all land was legally
acquired and is supported by adequate ownership documentation.

In 2020, the Company and its subsidiaries conducted an assessment of the carrying values of
their land, buildings, and machinery. Based on this assessment, management believes that
there were no significant changes in fair value.

In determining the fair value, the Independent Appraiser applied a valuation method that
combines three (3) approaches, namely the Market Approach, Cost Approach, and Income
Approach. In relation to the application of the revaluation model for land and buildings, the
 approaches used are as follows:

 Market Approach is a valuation approach that uses transaction data or offers for
comparable and similar properties to the subject of valuation, based on a process of
comparison and adjustment. The market approach is used to determine the fair value of
land, vehicles, and heavy equipment by comparing several sales data of similar and
comparable assets, from which a conclusion can be drawn.
 Income Approach is a valuation approach based on the income and expenses related to
the subject of valuation, which are then capitalized.
 Cost Approach is a valuation approach used to obtain an indication of value based on
the estimated cost required to replace, repair, or reconstruct a property into a condition
substantially similar to, but not better or more extensive than, its new condition. This
includes material costs/prices, labor costs, supervision costs, contractor’s fixed costs
(including profit), engineering service fees, and all related expenses such as
transportation, insurance, installation, import duties, and value-added tax (VAT), if any,
but excluding overtime and bonus/premium costs.
The cost approach is used to determine the fair value of buildings, supporting facilities,
office equipment, production machinery, laboratory equipment, workshop equipment,
and factory equipment, using the depreciated replacement cost method, which deducts
accumulated depreciation and considers the area (in square meters) of the installed
       units.

The Company recorded the gain (loss) on disposal of fixed assets as follows:

                                                                       2025 2024

NOTES TO THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENT
FOR THE NINE MONTH PERIOD ENDED ON
30 SEPTEMBER 2025

a. Credit Risk
Credit risk is the risk of financial loss to the Company if a counterparty fails to meet its
contractual obligations.

For trade and other receivables, the Group’s policy is to transact only with parties that are
creditworthy and, when necessary, to obtain sufficient advance payments to mitigate credit
exposure. In addition, receivables are continuously monitored on an ongoing basis.

Cash and cash equivalents are placed only with reputable and licensed financial institutions.

b. Foreign Currency Risk
The maximum exposure to credit risk is represented by the carrying amounts of financial
assets in the statement of financial position.

Foreign currency risk refers to the risk that the fair value or future cash flows of a financial
instrument will fluctuate due to changes in foreign exchange rates. Such risk arises when
transactions are denominated in foreign currencies.

The Company does not currently have a formal hedging policy against foreign currency risk.
However, management monitors foreign exchange exposure and will consider hedging
significant exposures if deemed necessary.

c. Liquidity Risk
Liquidity risk is the risk that the Company will encounter difficulty in meeting financial
obligations due to insufficient funds.

The Company manages its liquidity by closely monitoring the maturity profiles of its
financial liabilities and cash outflows related to day-to-day operations, while also ensuring
the availability of adequate credit facilities, both committed and uncommitted.

The following table presents a summary of the maturity profile of financial assets and
liabilities of the Company based on undiscounted contractual payments as of September 30,
2025 and December 31, 2024.
