Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bendungan Bener merupakan salah satu Proyek Strategis
Nasional (PSN).
A. Fungsi utama Bendungan Bener
The main function of the Bener Dam
Irigasi: Bendungan ini akan mendukung pengairan lahan
pertanian seluas sekitar 15.000 hektare, terutama di wilayah
Purworejo, Kebumen, dan Kulon Progo.
Penyediaan air baku: PLTM Bendungan Bener akan menjadi
sumber air baku untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga, kota, dan
industri dengan kapasitas sekitar 1.500 liter per detik.
Pengendalian banjir:
Bendungan ini dirancang untuk mengurangi debit banjir.
Tujuannya untuk mengurangi risiko banjir di kawasan hilir.
Menghasilkan listrik: PLTM ini diproyeksikan untuk
menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 6-10 MW untuk memenuhi
kebutuhan listrik di sekitar wilayah Purworejo dan sekitarnya.
Pariwisata: Bendungan ini juga direncanakan menjadi
destinasi wisata alam karena lokasinya yang diapit dua bukit.
Perikanan: Pembangunan bendungan ini juga akan
mendukung pengembangan sektor perikanan

B. Proses yang telah dan akan berjalan
Feasibility Study (FS) atau studi kelayakan telah selesai
dilaksanakan.
Feasibility Study (FS) atau studi kelayakan menunggu
persetujuan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pembiayaan Infrastruktur
Sumber Daya Air (DJPI SDA) Kementrian Pekerjaan
Umum. Jika sudah disetujui, maka akan dilanjutkan dengan
proses DED (Detail Engineering Design).
Proses selanjutnya adalah tender, yang akan diadakan oleh
Kementrian PU. Karena PT Resource Alam Indonesia, Tbk
(Rain Tbk) telah ditunjuk sebagai pemrakarsa proyek, maka
diberikan hak right to match.
Setelah proses tersebut selesai, akan dilanjutkan ke Amdal
dan pembebasan lahan.
Penunjukan Konsultan Pengawas Kontraktor dan vendor yang
sesuai.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta tidak ada
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik
Informasi Lain
Di kemudian hari proyek tersebut diharapkan akan menyumbangkan pendapatan Perseroan dari PLTM. Informasi awal
di atas bukan informasi yang bersifat material ataupun afiliasi dan bukan transaksi benturan Kepentingan, namun
Perseroan memandang perlu untuk melakukan Keterbukaan Informasi secara volunteer, mengingat Kementerian PU
telah menunjuk Perseroan sebagai Pemrakarsa sesuai surat dari Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum( PU ) No. SA. 0403-
Mn/782 tertanggal 27 Agustus 2024, dan telah dimuat di website Kementerian PU.

Description of Material Information or Bener Dam is one of the National Strategic Projects (PSN).
Facts A. The main function of the Bener Dam
Irrigation: This dam will support irrigation of agricultural land
covering around 15,000 hectares area, especially in the
Purworejo, Kebumen, and Kulon Progo areas
Raw water supply: The Bener Dam PLTM will be the source of
raw water for household, city and industrial needs with a
capacity of around 1,500 liters per second.
Flood control:
This dam is designed to reduce flood discharge. The purpose
is to reduce the risk of flooding in downstream areas.
Producing electricity: This PLTM is projected to produce 6-10
MW of electrical energy to fulfill the electricity needs in the
Purworejo area and its surroundings.
Tourism: This dam is also planned to become a natural tourism
destination because of its location flanked by two hills.
Fisheries: The construction of this dam will also support the
development of the fisheries sector.
Project Status: Feasibility Study
Estimated Project Cost: IDR 96 Billion
Planned Electricity Sales: PLN UID Central Java
Processes that have been and will be carried out
The Feasibility Study (FS) has been completed.
The Feasibility Study (FS) is awaiting approval from the
Directorate General of Water Resources Infrastructure
Financing (DJPI SDA) of the Ministry of Public Works. Once
approved, it will proceed to the Detailed Engineering Design
(DED) process.
The next process is the tender, which will be held by the
Ministry of Public Works. Because PT Resource Alam
Indonesia, Tbk (Rain Tbk) has been appointed as the project
initiator, it is granted the right to match.
Once this process is complete, the Environmental Impact
Assessment (EIA) and land acquisition will be proceed.
Appointment of the Supervising Consultant, Contractor, and
appropriate vendors.

Other Information
In future, the project is expected to contribute to the Company's revenue from the micro-hydro power plant. The
initial information above is not material or affiliated, and does not constitute a conflict of interest transaction.
However, the Company deems it necessary to conduct voluntary Information Disclosure, considering that the
Ministry of Public Works (PU) has appointed the Company as the Initiator in accordance with letter from the Ministry
of Public Works (PU) No. SA. 0403-Mn/782 dated August 27, 2024, which has been posted on the Ministry of Public
Works' website.
