3. | Uraian Informasi Bendungan Bener merupakan salah satu Proyek Strategis
Description of Nasional (PSN).
Information

Bener Dam is one of the National Strategic Projects (PSN).

A. Fungsi utama Bendungan Bener
The main function of the Bener Dam

# Irigasi: Bendungan ini akan mendukung pengairan

lahan pertanian seluas sekitar 15.000 hektare,
terutama di wilayah Purworejo, Kebumen, dan
Kulon Progo.
Irrigation: This dam will support irrigation of
agricultural land covering around 15,000 hectares
area, especially in the Purworejo, Kebumen, and
Kulon Progo areas.

# Penyediaan air baku: PLTM Bendungan Bener
akan menjadi sumber air baku untuk kebutuhan
rumah tangga, kota, dan'industri dengan kapasitas
sekitar 1.500 liter per detik.

Raw water supply: The Bener Dam PLTM will be
the source of raw water for household, city and

industrial needs with a capacity of around 1,500
liters per second.

e Pengendalian banjir:
Bendungan ini dirancang untuk mengurangi debit
banjir. Tujuannya untuk mengurangi risiko banjir
di kawasan hilir.

Flood control:

This dam is designed to reduce flood discharge.
The purpose is to reduce the risk of flooding in
downstream areas.

e Menghasilkan listrik: PLTM ini diproyeksikan untuk
menghasilkan energi listrik sebesar 6-10 MW
untuk memenuhi kebutuhan listrik di sekitar
wilayah Purworejo dan sekitarnya.

Producing electricity: This PLTM is projected to
produce 6-10 MW of electrical energy to fulfill the
electricity needs in the Purworejo area and its
surroundings.

# Pariwisata: Bendungan ini juga direncanakan
menjadi destinasi wisata alam karena lokasinya
yang diapit dua bukit.

Tourism: This dam is also planned to become a
natural tourism destination because of its location
flanked by two hills.

e Perikanan: Pembangunan bendungan ini juga akan
mendukung pengembangan sektor perikanan
Fisheries: The construction of this dam will also
support the development of the fisheries sector.

The Feasibility Study (FS) has been completed.

# Feasibility Study (FS) atau studi kelayakan

menunggu persetujuan oleh Direktorat Jenderal
Pembiayaan Infrastruktur Sumber Daya Air
(DJPI SDA) Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum. Jika
sudah disetujui, maka akan dilanjutkan dengan
proses DED (Detail Engineering Design).
The Feasibility Study (FS) is awaiting approval from
the Directorate General of Water Resources
Infrastructure Financing (DJPI SDA) of the Ministry
of Public Works. Once approved, it will proceed to
the Detailed Engineering Design (DED) process.

e Proses selanjutnya adalah tender, yang akan
diadakan oleh Kementrian PU. Karena PT Resource
Alam Indonesia, Tbk (Rain Tbk) telah ditunjuk
sebagai pemrakarsa proyek, maka diberikan hak
right to match.

The next process is the tender, which will be held

by the Ministry of Public Works. Because PT
| Resource Alam Indonesia, Tbk (Rain Tbk) has been
| appointed as the project initiator, it is granted the
| right to match.

| # Setelah proses tersebut selesai, akan dilanjutkan
ke Amdal dan pembebasan lahan.

Once this process is complete, the Environmental
Impact Assessment (EIA) and land acguisition will
be proceed.

# Penunjukan Konsultan Pengawas, Kontraktor dan
vendor yang sesuai.
