Tahun 2025 tanggal 1 Juli 2025 tentang Pelaksanaan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham, Rapat
Umum Pemegang Obligasi, dan Rapat Umum Pemegang Sukuk Secara Elektronik (“POJK e-
RUPS”), dengan ini kami sampaikan Pengumuman e-RUPSLB dan Bukti Iklan Pengumuman
e-RUPSLB Tahun 2025 yang telah dipublikasikan melalui situs web PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI), situs web PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dan situs web Perseroan pada
tanggal 23 Oktober 2025.

hereby announce the e-AGMS 2025 and provide proof of the e-AGMS announcement
advertisement, which has been published on the website of Indonesia Central Securities
Depository (KSEI), the website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), and the Company's
website on October 23, 2025.
