PROTOCOL OF DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That the undersigned, GAS-SEVENTEEN LTD. of Clarendon House, 2 Church street, Hamilton,
HM 11, Bermuda a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Bermuda
(hereinafter called the “Seller”) do hereby grant, transfer and deliver at this 13" day of
October 2025 at 16:50 hours / 12:50 hours (Local Time / Piraeus Time) to PT GTS
INTERNASIONAL TBK. of Mangkuluhur City Tower, Office One, 26" Floor, Jl. Jend. Gatot
Subroto Kav. 1-3, Karet Semanggi, Jakarta 12930, Indonesia, a company organised and existing
under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia (hereinafter called the “Buyer”), all rights, title
and interest in one (1) second-hand Vessel described hereunder, pursuant to the
Memorandum of Agreement dated 26 September 2025 (as amended and supplemented from
time to time, together the “MOA”) between the Seller and the Buyer and any addenda
thereto,

and the Buyer hereby accepts all the rights, title, interest in and risk of the Vessel described
hereunder as was delivered, at Pulau Sambu anchorage, Indonesia, pursuant to the terms and
conditions of the MOA on the date and at the time and place stated above:

This Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance may be executed in any number of counterparts,
and this has the same effect as if the signatures on the counterparts were on a single copy of
this Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned, duly authorized representatives of the Buyer andthe
Seller, have caused this Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance to be duly executed on this date.
