Public Offering of Shelf Registered
Bonds I of BUMI, to date, the Company
has no plan yet to carry out any
corporate action that will result in the
listing of the Company's shares on the
Stock Exchange. However, if the
Company plans to do so, such
corporation action will be carried out in
accordance with the provisions of the
prevailing laws and regulations in the
Indonesian capital market.

6. Plans of major shareholders in respectof
their ownership in the Company. In this
regard, Corporate Secretary must first
inguire of the major sharcholders in
providing such confirmation.

Answer:

There has been no change in the
shareholding of the Company by the
major shareholders since November
2022 and up to date of this latter, no
plans/intentions have been indicated to
the Company to do so in the future.
