Ltd, berencana untuk mengambil alih saham PT Vina Nauli
Jordania (disebut sebagai Penjual) sebanyak-banyaknya
563.580.144 (lima ratus enam puluh tiga juta lima ratus
delapan puluh ribu seratus empat puluh empat) saham dalam
Perseroan atau yang mewakili sebanyak-banyaknya 44,98%
(empat puluh empat koma sembilan delapan persen) dari
keseluruhan modal yang telah ditempatkan dan disetor penuh

over the shares of PT Vina Nauli Jordania (referred to as the
