Ltd, berencana untuk mengambil alih saham PT Vina Nauli Jordania (disebut sebagai ”Penjual”) sebanyak-banyaknya 563.580.144 (lima ratus enam puluh tiga juta lima ratus delapan puluh ribu seratus empat puluh empat) saham dalam Perseroan atau yang mewakili sebanyak-banyaknya 44,984 (empat puluh empat koma sembilan delapan persen) dari keseluruhan modal yang telah ditempatkan dan disetor penuh Perseroan.
