Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas Putusan Penolakan PKPU tersebut, tidak terdapat
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan maupun
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kegiatan operasional Perseroan. Sehingga Perseroan tetap
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau dapat menjalankan kegiatan usaha sebagaimana biasa. Selain
Perusahaan Publik itu, tidak terjadi kondisi pelanggaran (default) atas perjanjian
pembiayaan seperti Obligasi, Sukuk, maupun fasilitas kredit
lainnya.

Facts Information or Facts regarding the ongoing Petition for a Stay
of Debt Payment Obligations before the Commercial Court of
the Central Jakarta District Court, which was filed against the
Company, as attached.
Impact of event, material information or The ruling rejecting the PKPU application has not had a
facts towards Issuers or Public significant impact on the Company financial performance or
Company’s operational activities, legal, operational activities. Consequently, the Company remains
financial condition, or going concern able to conduct its business as usual. Furthermore, there has
been no default on financing agreements such as bonds,
sukuk or other credit facilities.
