diketahui hal-hal sebagai berikut:
1. AII selaku pemilik 2.159.290.763 saham dalam Perseroan yang
mewakili 75,42% dari seluruh modal ditempatkan dan disetor
dalam Perseroan, melaksanakan transaksi pelepasan saham
kepemilikannya sebesar 136.203.259 saham, dengan tanggal
penyelesaian pada 26 Agustus 2025.
2. Setelah penyelesaian transaksi pelepasan saham, kepemilikan
saham AII di dalam Perseroan menjadi sebesar 2.023.087.504
saham yang mewakili 70,66% dari seluruh modal ditempatkan
dan disetor dalam Perseroan.
With reference to:
- Letter from Axiata Investments (Indonesia) Sdn. Bhd. (“AII”)
regarding Report on the Ownership or Any Change on the
Ownership of Share of Public Company received by the Company
on 28 August 2025, and
- Letter from PT Sharestar Indonesia Number SSI/BAE-0478/25
regarding Report on Change in Shares Ownership of 5% or More
received by the Company on 29 August 2025;
we have known the following things:
1. AII as the owner of 2,159,290,763 shares in the Company,
representing 75.42% of the total issued and paid-up capital in the
Company, executed the shares disposal transaction of its
ownership of 136,203,259 shares, with a completion date of 26
August 2025.
2. After the completion of the share’s disposal transaction, AII’s
shareholding in the Company became 2,023,087,504 shares
representing 70.66% of the total issued and paid-up capital of the
Company.
