tanggal 18 Agustus 2025, Pemegang Saham PT SIP telah
memutuskan, antara lain, hal-hal sebagai berikut:
1. Menyetujui pengangkatan anggota Direksi PT SIP yang
baru, yakni:
Pandy Harianto, sebagai Direktur PT SIP.
terhitung efektif sejak 18 Agustus 2025 untuk menjalani masa
jabatan 5 (lima) tahun dengan tidak mengurangi hak Rapat
Umum Pemegang Saham untuk memberhentikannya sewaktu-
waktu.
2. Susunan lengkap anggota Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris PT
SIP sejak 18 Agustus 2025 adalah sebagai berikut:

Facts of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PT
SIP dated August 18, 2025, the Shareholders of PT SIP have
resolved, among others, the following matters:
1. Approve the appointment of new member of the Board of
Directors of PT SIP, namely:
Pandy Harianto, as Director of PT SIP.
effective as of August 18, 2025, for a term of 5 (five) years
without prejudice to the right of the General Meeting of
Shareholders to dismiss him at any time.
