Rencana pengalihan saham treasuri akan dilakukan dengan
metode penjualan di Bursa Efek yang dapat dilakukan tanpa
mendapat persetujuan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
(RUPS) sesuai dengan Pasal 17 huruf a juncto Pasal 18 POJK
30/2017.

Description of Material Information or The Company intends to transfer and/or sell all of its treasury
Facts shares, or 8,096,000 shares. The planned transfer of treasury
shares will be conducted through a sale method on the Stock
Exchange, which can be done without obtaining approval from
the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) in accordance
with Article 17 letter a in conjunction with Article 18 of POJK
30/2017.
