Indonesia Tbk (Perseroan) pada tanggal 16 Mei 2025, telah
ditunjuk Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja
(firma anggota Ernst & Young Global Limited) sebagai KAP
yang akan mengaudit laporan keuangan Perseroan untuk
Tahun Buku 2025.
2. Berdasarkan surat KAP Purwanto Susanti dan Surja nomor
6153/PSS/2025 tanggal 7 Agustus 2025 perihal
Pemberitahuan perubahan nama KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro
& Surja menjadi KAP Purwanto Susanti dan Surja,
disampaikan bahwa terdapat perubahan nama KAP dari
semula bernama KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja menjadi
KAP Purwanto Susanti dan Surja.
3. Terhadap perubahan nama KAP tersebut diatas, KAP
Purwanto Susanti dan Surja masih merupakan KAP yang
sama dengan KAP yang ditunjuk dalam RUPST Perseroan
dan tidak terdapat perubahan Akuntan Publik.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak memiliki dampak material terhadap kelangsungan usaha
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or 1. Based on the Decision of the Annual General Meeting of
Facts Shareholders for the 2024 Financial Year (AGMS) of PT Bank
Syariah Indonesia Tbk (the Company) on May 16, 2025, the
Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (a
member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited) has been
appointed as the Public Accounting Firm that will audit the
Company's financial statements for the 2025 Financial Year.
2. Based on the letter from KAP Purwanto Susanti and Surja
number 6153/PSS/2025 dated August 7, 2025 regarding
Notification of the change of name of KAP Purwantono,
Sungkoro & Surja to KAP Purwanto Susanti and Surja, it was
conveyed that there was a change in the name of the KAP
from the original name KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja to
KAP Purwanto Susanti and Surja.
3. Regarding the change in the name of the Public Accountant
Firm mentioned above, the Purwanto Susanti and Surja Public
Accountant Firm is still the same Public Accountant Firm as
the Public Accountant Firm appointed at the Company's AGMS
and there is no change in the Public Accountant.
Impact of event, material information or Has no material impact on the continuity of the Company's
facts towards Issuers or Public business.
