Based on the Decision of the Annual General Meeting of Material Information Shareholders for the 2024 Financial Year (AGMS) of PT or Facts Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (the Company) on May 16, 2025, the Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (a member firm of Ernst & Young Global Limited) has been appointed as the Public Accounting Firm that will audit the Company's financial statements for the 2025 Financial Year. 2. Based on the letter from KAP Purwanto Susanti and Surja number 6153/PSS/2025 dated August 7, 2025 regarding Notification of the change of name of KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja to KAP Purwanto Susanti and Surja, it was conveyed that there was a change in the name of the KAP from the original name KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja to KAP Purwanto Susanti and Surja. 3.
