Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 31 Juli 2025, Perseroan, melalui anak
perusahaannya yang dimiliki secara tidak langsung, PT Batu
Ampar Container Terminal yang merupakan perusahaan
patungan antara anak perusahaan Perseroan, yaitu PT
Interport Sarana Infrastruktur Indonesia dengan ICTSI Middle
East DMCC yang porsi kepemilikannya masing-masing adalah
25% dan 75%, bersama dengan PT Batam Terminal
Petikemas telah menandatangani perjanjian kerjasama
pengoperasian sebagai mitra strategis selama 30 tahun dalam
mengoperasikan Terminal Peti Kemas Batu Ampar di Batam,
dengan estimasi nilai perjanjian sebesar US$85.000.000
(delapan puluh lima juta dolar Amerika Serikat) (untuk
selanjutnya disebut sebagai "Transaksi").
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Transaksi ini tidak akan berdampak terhadap kegiatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, usaha Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or On 31st July 2025, the Company, through its indirect
Facts subsidiary, PT Batu Ampar Container Terminal, a joint venture
company between Company's subsidiary, namely PT Interport
Sarana Infrastruktur Indonesia with ICTSI Middle East DMCC,
with respective ownership portions of 25% and 75%, together
with PT Batam Terminal Petikemas, has signed a joint
operation agreement as a strategic partner for 30 years to
operate the Batu Ampar Container Terminal, with the
estimated agreement value of US$85,000,000 (eighty five
million US dollars) (hereinafter referred to as the
"Transaction").
Impact of event, material information or This Transaction will not have an impact on the operational
facts towards Issuers or Public activities, legal, financial condition, or business continuity of
Company’s operational activities, legal, the Company.
