3 Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Pengunduran diri Bapak Willy Saelan dari
Material / Description of jabatannya sebagai Direktur Perseroan untuk
Material Information or Facts memasuki masa pensiun. Pengunduran diri ini
akan berlaku efektif setelah mendapat
persetujuan dari Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Perseroan berikutnya.
Setelah 30 tahun berkontribusi dan tumbuh
bersama Perseroan, Bapak Willy Saelan akan
memulai babak baru di masa pensiun. Kami
menyampaikan terima kasih dan apresiasi
setinggi-tingginya atas dedikasi dan kontribusi
beliau di berbagai jabatan sumber daya
manusia selama ini, semoga kesuksesan selalu
menyertai beliau.
Mr. Willy Saelan has submitted his resignation
from his position as Director of the Company to
retire. The resignation will become effective upon
approval at the forthcoming General Meeting of
Shareholders.
Following 30 years of dedicated service and
professional growth with the Company, Mr. Willy
Saelan will begin a new chapter in retirement. Our
heartfelt thanks and highest appreciation for his
dedication and valuable contributions across
various leadership roles in human resources, and
we wish him continued success in the years
ahead.
