belum diungkapkan, selain yang sudah disampaikan kepada Publik.

To date, there is no other important information/facts/events that are material and may affect the
price of the Company's securities and the Company's survival that have not been disclosed,
other than those that have been submitted to the Public.

4. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka.

Tidak ada informasi terkait aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu lainnya sebagaimana diatur
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan
Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka yang belum
disampaikan kepada publik.

There is no other activities of certain shareholders as stipulated in the Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 on the Report of Ownership or Any Change in
Share Ownership of Public Companies that has not been published to the public.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di
Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?

Does the Company have any plans to conduct corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at
least in the next 3 months)?

Tanggapan/ Response:

Perseroan memiliki rencana penyelenggaraan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa yang
akan membahas perubahan susunan Direksi, sehubungan dengan keterbukaan informasi
Perseroan pada 23 Juni 2025. Selain itu, Perseroan tidak memiliki rencana untuk melakukan
tindakan korporasi lainnya, termasuk yang dapat berdampak terhadap pencatatan saham
Perseroan di Bursa dalam 3 bulan mendatang.

The Company plans to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to approve
the changes in the composition of the Board of Directors, in relation to the Company's disclosure
on 23 June 2025. Other than that, the Company does not have any plans to undertake other

corporate actions, including those that may affect the listing of the Company's shares on the
Exchange within the next three months.

6. Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Plans of
major shareholders related to their share ownership in the Company.

Tanggapan:

Sampai dengan saat ini, pemegang saham mayoritas Perseroan, PT Energy Battery Indonesia
(EBI) telah menyatakan bahwa EBI bermaksud untuk mempertahankan kepemilikan sahamnya
di Perseroan. Perseroan memahami bahwa EBI tetap berkomitmen untuk menjadi pemegang
saham mayoritas dan mendukung keberlanjutan serta pengembangan usaha Perseroan.

As of now, the Company's majority shareholder, PT Energy Battery Indonesia (EBI) has stated
that EBI intends to maintain its shareholding in the Company. The Company understands that
EBI remains committed to being the majority shareholder and to supporting the Company's
continuity and business development.
