Persetujuan atas pengunduran diri tersebut akan dinyatakan
dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perseroan dengan
jadwal yang akan disampaikan kemudian.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Atas pengunduran diri Direktur tersebut tidak berdampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan signifikan pada Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or The Company has received a letter from Mr. Jatmiko Murdiono
Facts in his capacity as Director, dated July 7, 2025, stating his
resignation from his position as Director of the Company.
The approval of said resignation will be decided at the
Companys General Meeting of Shareholders, the schedule of
which will be announced at a later date.

facts towards Issuers or Public Company. The Companys operations remain unaffected and
Company’s operational activities, legal, are continuing as usual.
