Issuer’s operational activity, Company's business sustainability from such
legal, financial condition and events and information to the operational,
business continuity legal, financial condition, or business
continuity of the Company.
5. Other information : The Transaction is an amendment 2 (in the
form of amendment and restatement) to the
uncommited revolving loan facility made by
and between the Company and PM Finance,
as amended and restated on July 29, 2022
(the information disclosure report was
submitted on August 2, 2022) and lastly
amended on June 30, 2023, (the information
disclosure report was submitted on July 4,
2023).
In connection with the Transaction as defined in the Disclosure of Information above, the
Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company hereby state that, having
made all reasonable enquiries and to the best of our knowledge and belief, all material
information has been disclosed and such information is not misleading.
Thus, we submit the disclosure in connection with the Transaction.
