Penunjukan PT. KB Data Systems Indonesia (“KBDSI”) untuk bertindak sebagai penyedia jasa TI untuk melaksanakan HW Sw Next Generation Banking System (NGBS) Device Maintenance PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk. sebesar Rp.101.727.797.040,- dalam rangka memperkuat keamanan sistem dan ketersediaan layanan serta meningkatkan efisiensi, kualitas layanan, inovasi, dan produktivitas penggunaan perangkat keras dan lunak (hardware & software), serta sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan yang berlaku dan Tidak mengandung Transaksi Benturan Kepentingan, dan 2. Perseroan telah mengungkapkan sepenuhnya informasi atau fakta material dengan benar dan tidak menyesatkan. STATEMENT LETTER We, the undersigned, as Director of : PT. Bank KB Bukopin, Tbk.
