Kupon Bunga atas Obligasi Berkelanjutan 1 PP Presisi Tahap
1 Tahun 2022 Seri A dan Obligasi Berkelanjutan 1 PP Presisi
Tahap 1 Tahun 2022 Seri B melalui PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI) dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
A. Pokok atas Obligasi Berkelanjutan 1 PP Presisi
Tahap 1 Tahun 2022 Seri A senilai Rp102.275.000.000,-
B. Kupon Bunga Obligasi Berkelanjutan 1 PP Presisi
Tahap 1 Tahun 2022 Seri A sebesar 9,5% p.a atau senilai
Rp2.429.031.250,-
C. Kupon Bunga Obligasi Berkelanjutan 1 PP Presisi
Tahap 1 Tahun 2022 Seri B sebesar 10,5% p.a atau senilai Rp
2.643.506.250,-
Dana tersebut akan diteruskan oleh pihak KSEI kepada
pemegang obligasi pada tanggal 30 Juni 2025.

Description of Material Information or On June 25, 2025, the Company has completed the principal
Facts repayment of the PP Presisi Bond I Phase I Year 2022 Series
A as well as the interest coupon payments for both the PP
Presisi Bond I Phase I Year 2022 Series A and Series B
through PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), with the
following details:
A. Principal payment for Sustainable Bond I PP Presisi Phase I
Year 2022 Series A amounting to IDR 102,275,000,000
B. Interest coupon for Sustainable Bond I PP Presisi Phase I
Year 2022 Series A at 9.5% p.a., amounting to IDR
2,429,031,250
C. Interest coupon for Sustainable Bond I PP Presisi Phase I
Year 2022 Series B at 10.5% p.a., amounting to IDR
2,643,506,250
The funds will be distributed by KSEI to the bondholders on
June 30, 2025.
