Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 19 Juni 2025, anak usaha Perseroan, yaitu
SEGPL, SEGN B.V., dan SEGSD B.V., telah menandatangani
perjanjian fasilitas pinjaman berjangka senior (Senior Secured
Term Facility Agreement) dengan nilai total sebesar USD121,1
juta dengan DBS Bank Ltd. dan Sumitomo Mitsui Banking
Corporation (SMBC), Singapore Branch, sebagai pemberi
pinjaman awal dan green loan coordinators. Pinjaman terdiri
dari Fasilitas A sebesar USD96,1 juta untuk SEGPL dan
SEGN B.V., serta Fasilitas B sebesar USD25 juta untuk
SEGSD B.V., dengan jangka waktu lima tahun hingga 18 Juni
2030. Dana pinjaman akan digunakan untuk mendanai
ekspansi kapasitas proyek Salak-Darajat, termasuk retrofitting
Darajat Unit 3 dan pembangunan unit baru Salak Unit
7,dengan total tambahan kapasitas sebesar 47 MW.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dan mendukung operasional grup usaha Perseroan.

The signing of Senior Secured Term Facility Agreement

Description of Material Information or On 19 June 2025, the Companys subsidiaries: SEGPL, SEGN
Facts B.V., and SEGSD B.V., signed a Senior Secured Term Facility
Agreement with a total value of USD121.1 million with DBS
Bank Ltd. and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC),
Singapore Branch, as the original lenders and green loan
coordinators. The loan consists of Facility A of USD96.1 million
for SEGPL and SEGN B.V., and Facility B of USD25 million for
SEGSD B.V., with a five-year tenor maturing on 18 June 2030.
Proceeds will be used to finance the capacity expansion of the
Salak-Darajat project, including the retrofitting of Darajat Unit 3
and the construction of the new Salak Unit 7, with a total
additional capacity of 47 MW.
