Press Release
Great People, Stronger Business: Elnusa’s Transformation Strategy to Face
                           Global Competition
Jakarta, 20 June 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA), a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi under Pertamina's
Subholding Upstream, reaffirms its strong commitment to developing top-tier human capital as a key pillar in
enhancing business performance and competitiveness. Under the leadership of Hera Handayani as Director of
Human Capital & General Affairs, Elnusa has successfully delivered a range of strategic programs that align human
capital development with the company’s long-term and sustainable business goals.

Elnusa’s human capital management is not only focused on improving productivity and efficiency but also directed
toward fostering a healthy, adaptive work culture in line with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
principles. Through strategic approaches that encompass talent acquisition, leadership development, and digital
transformation of HR processes, Elnusa has maintained consistent performance growth. In 2024, worker
productivity increased by 3% in revenue and 37% in net profit.

Moreover, initiatives such as the Elnusa Leadership Development Program (ELDP) and the Elnusa Group Optimal
Performance (EGOP) employee well-being program have proven effective in creating a work environment that
supports both individual and organizational growth. Employees recorded an average of 99 training hours per
person, with internal satisfaction reaching 106% and technical assessment achievement rates of up to 97%.

As part of its commitment to equity and inclusivity, Elnusa’s Employee Development & Retention initiatives are
designed to be objective and gender-neutral. The company ensures equal access for all personnel to competency
development programs, career pathways, and performance-based retention schemes. This aligns with the UN
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 5 (Gender Equality) and Goal 8 (Decent Work and
Economic Growth), and represents Elnusa’s dedication to its ESG Roadmap, which highlights the importance of
the social pillar in creating a fair and sustainable workplace ecosystem.

“Strengthening internal processes and developing human capital are inseparable from Elnusa’s business
transformation. We believe that a resilient company is one that cultivates outstanding individuals within it,” stated
Hera.

Elnusa’s dedication to building a high-performing, adaptive, and sustainability-oriented workforce has earned it
prestigious recognition both nationally and regionally. From 2024 to early 2025, Elnusa received several
prominent awards that affirm the effectiveness of its human capital strategies.

These accolades include Best Human Capital for Effective & Efficient Management, Excellence in Leadership
Development, and Employee Satisfaction Recognition — all reflecting the company's success in fostering a
productive, inclusive, and empowering work environment.

Elnusa’s reputation was further reinforced by its Silver award for Excellence in Leadership Development from
Human Resources Online Singapore (July 2024), followed by two honors from the 2025 Employee Experience
Awards — Best Reward and Recognition Programme (Silver) and Most Inspiring Leader (Silver). Elnusa also
received the Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment from GML Performance Consulting, Kontan,
and QuBisa in November 2024.

This series of achievements serves as tangible proof of Elnusa’s successful internal transformation, which centers
on talent development, a culture of appreciation, and inspirational leadership. It also cements Elnusa’s position
as an energy services company that not only prioritizes business goals but is also deeply committed to generating
positive, lasting impact for its people.

Going forward, Elnusa will continue to invest in human capital development through sustainable programs,
accelerated HR digitalization, and enhanced cross-functional collaboration. With this strong foundation, Elnusa is
optimistic in its ability to make meaningful contributions toward strengthening national energy resilience.
