Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan maupun keputusan investasi investor
sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi

The Company does not have or know of any information or material fact that
may affect the value of the Company's stock or investor's investment decisions
as regulated by Regulation Number I-E: Obligation to Submit Information

Does the Company know of any activities from certain shareholders as

regarding Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public
Companies?

Tanggapan:

Saat ini Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas tersebut di atas, namun
dalam hal Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas tersebut Perseroan akan
melakukan pelaporan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017
Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham
Perusahaan Terbuka.

Response:

Currently, the Company does not know of such activities mentioned above,
however, when the Company become aware of such activities, it will report
them in accordance with the applicable regulations as regulated by The
Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 concerning
Reports on Share Ownership or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public
Companies.

5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam
waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap
pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)?
Does the Company have any plans to undertake corporate actions in the near
future, including any corporate actions that would affect the listing of the
Company's Stock on the Stock Exchange (at least within the next 3 months)?

Tanggapan:

Perseroan akan melakukan pembayaran Dividen Tunai pada tanggal 26 Juni
2025 sesuai dengan Keterbukaan Informasi yangg telah disampaikan oleh
Perseroan melalui Website Bursa pada tanggal 02 Juni 2025. Selain itu
Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi lain
dalam waktu dekat sehingga belum ada yang dapat kami informasikan.

Response:

The Company will pay cash Dividends on June 26, 2025, in accordance with
the Information Disclosure submitted by the Company through the Stock
Exchange Website on June 02, 2025. In addition, the Company has no plans to
take other corporate actions in the near future, so there is nothing else we can
report at this time.

6. Apakah terdapat rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan kepemilikan
sahamnya di Perseroan? Dalam hal ini, mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary
menanyakan terlebih dahulu kepada pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.

Does the major shareholder's have any plans regarding the share ownership in
the Company?. In this case, please ensure that the Corporate Secretary
consults with the major shareholder first before responding to the confirmation.

Berdasarkan konfirmasi Perseroan kepada pemegang saham utama yaitu PT
Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, saat ini pemegang saham utama belum
mempunyai rencana mengenai saham yang dimilikinya.

Response:

Based on the Company's confirmation to major shareholder, namely PT Semen
Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, currently the major shareholder has no plans
regarding its share.
