PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
11 June 2025

Siloam Hospitals Closed the Agenda of the General Meeting of
Shareholders for Fiscal Year 2024, Officially Launches Next Generation
              Siloam as Strategic Transformation Framework

PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (“Siloam” or the “Company”; stock code: “SILO”)

Tangerang, 11 June 2025 – Siloam has successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(AGMS) for the fiscal year 2024. All agenda items were approved with full shareholder support. At the
meeting, Siloam reaffirmed its strong 2024 performance and launched its new five-year strategic
roadmap, Next Generation Siloam (NGS).

Proactively Supporting National Healthcare Transformation

Siloam continues to play an active role in transforming Indonesia’s national healthcare system, in line
with government priorities to expand access and improve the quality of care. Through steady growth,
enhanced capabilities, and the Next Generation Siloam framework, the Group is focused on delivering
more efficient and accessible healthcare services. Supporting this vision, Siloam plans to open four new
hospitals in 2025 and another four in 2026, further strengthening its national presence.

Siloam believes that Indonesians should no longer need to travel abroad for medical treatment. To
support this, it continues to invest in advanced medical technologies, including the Da Vinci Xi, Indonesia’s
first robotic-assisted surgical system. This technology allows for smaller incisions, greater precision, and
faster recovery. In just the first two weeks of use, five successful procedures were completed. At the
same time, Siloam is addressing the rising prevalence of stroke in Indonesia through its Str oke Ready
Hospitals program. By ensuring the availability of critical equipment and specialist doctors, Siloam
enables stroke treatment to begin within the crucial first hour—the golden period. Several hospitals have
been recognized with Angels Awards by the World Stroke Organization for their excellence in stroke care.

To further enhance service quality, Siloam also offers specialized care through its Sports Medicine &
Performance Center and Urology Stone Center, reflecting the Group’s commitment to delivering
comprehensive, world-class healthcare tailored to the needs of the Indonesian population.

Aggressive Investment in Artificial Intelligence

Siloam is also making aggressive investments in advanced technology, including the application of
Artificial Intelligence (AI). Siloam views AI as a powerful tool to support doctors in diagnosing patients
more effectively and efficiently. One example already in practice is the enhancement of electronic
medical records—not only are they digitized, but doctors no longer need to type manually, allowing them
to focus more on direct interaction with patients. At the same time, AI captures the entire consultation,
and can even suggest potential diagnoses and check the availability of medications. At its core, Siloam’s
AI initiative is designed to enhance the quality of care by enabling better, more patient-centered services.

International-Quality Care, Recognized Across the Region

The recognition Siloam has received affirms its commitment to delivering care at international standards.
Siloam MRCCC is currently ranked 61st in Asia Pacific and 7th in Southeast Asia for cancer care—
highlighting its excellence in oncology services. Meanwhile, Siloam ASRI continues to actively perform
Page 2
kidney transplants with high survival rates and strong post-transplant quality of life outcomes. These
achievements demonstrate that Siloam has already established itself as a healthcare provider of
international quality.

Sustainable Impact for Indonesia

Siloam continues to embed Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into its operations,
ensuring that sustainability is not only a value but also a practice across its hospital network. This includes
initiatives to improve energy and water efficiency, responsible waste management, digital transformation
to reduce paper consumption, and strengthening supplier standards in alignment with environmental
and social expectations. As a result of its ongoing efforts, Siloam is currently ranked in the top 21% of
healthcare organizations globally for sustainability, based on an independent ESG assessment. This
reflects the Company’s commitment to responsible business practices and long-term value creation for
all stakeholders.

Under its Caring for Community pillar, Siloam operates seven free clinics in remote areas of Papua,
ensuring access to essential healthcare in underserved regions. In another expression of this
commitment, Siloam provides free breast cancer screening services at 32 hospitals across the network.
Over the past two years, nearly 40,000 women have been screened through this program—making a
tangible impact on early detection and prevention.

2024: A Year of Strong Growth and Operational Excellence

Siloam delivered stable financial results despite ongoing macroeconomic and industry challenges. The
Company recorded revenue of Rp 12.2 trillion, underlying EBITDA of Rp 2.76 trillion, and net profit of Rp
950 billion—driven by strong inpatient and outpatient growth, operational efficiency, and a continued
focus on patient care. Over the past five years under the Siloam 5.0 strategy, revenue has increased by
72% and EBITDA by 177%. Regarding dividends, it was decided that the entire net profit for 2024 will be
retained as part of the Company’s earnings; therefore, no dividend will be distributed for this financial
year. For Siloam, strong financial performance ultimately reflects the trust the public places in its services.

Operationally, the number of available beds has increased to 7,932. Patient volumes also continued to
grow, with over 4 million outpatient visits, 300,000 inpatient admissions, and more than 100,000 surgical
procedures performed in the year.

Remarks from Siloam’s President Director:

Siloam’s President Director, Mr. David Utama, commented on the results: “ We are proud to report strong
financial results despite challenges, and we remain committed to building Indonesia’s healthcare
ecosystem. Through NGS, we are sharpening our focus on access and quality, expanding our capabilities,
and continuing to invest in our people and technology to serve the nation better.”
