Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Kamis (05/06), PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk ADCP telah
melaksanakan kegiatan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan RUPST Tahun Buku 2024. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan
sebagai bentuk pemenuhan kewajiban ADCP selaku emiten,
dalam menyampaikan agenda dan kinerja tahunan Perseroan
kepada seluruh pemegang saham. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan
di Auditorium Kantor Pusat PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk ADHI
dengan dihadiri oleh jajaran Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris
ADCP. Kegiatan dipimpin oleh Herry Ardianto selaku
Komisaris Utama. Dalam paparan kegiatan, telah disampaikan
6 agenda, yakni Penyampaian Persetujuan Laporan Tahunan,
Penetapan Penggunaan Laba Bersih, Penetapan Gaji dan
Fasilitas Anggota Direksi dan Anggota Dewan Komisaris,
Penunjukan Kantor Akuntan Publik, Pelaporan Penggunaan
Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum, serta agenda Perubahan
Susunan Kepengurusan Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Thursday (05/06), PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk ADCP has
Facts held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) for
the 2024 Fiscal Year. This activity was carried out as a form of
fulfilling ADCP's obligations as an issuer, in conveying the
Companys annual agenda and performance to all
shareholders. This activity was carried out at the Auditorium of
the Head Office of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk ADHI and was
attended by the Board of Directors and Board of
Commissioners of ADCP. The activity was led by Herry
Ardianto as the President Commissioner. In the presentation of
the activity, 6 agendas were presented, namely Submission of
Approval of the Annual Report, Determination of the Use of
Net Profit, Determination of Salaries and Facilities for
Members of the Board of Directors and Members of the Board
of Commissioners, Appointment of a Public Accounting Firm,
Reporting on the Use of Proceeds from the Public Offering,
and the agenda for Changes to the Company's Management.
