Berkelanjutan IV OCBC Tahap | Tahun 2025
(“Rencana Penerbitan”) dengan jumlah sebanyak-
banyaknya sebesar Rp1.500.000.000.000,- (satu
triliun lima ratus miliar Rupiah).
Sehubungan Rencana Penerbitan tersebut, pada
tanggal 3 Juni 2025, Perseroan melakukan publikasi
Prospektus Ringkas Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV
OCBC Tahap | Tahun 2025 di Koran Kontan dan
Bisnis Indonesia, juga di website Perseroan.
Description of Information or Material Fact:
The Company plans to issue Sustainable Bonds IV
OCBC Phase I Year 2025 (“Issuance Plan”) with a
maximum amount of Rp1,500,000,000,000,- (one
trillion five hundred billion Rupiah).
In connection with the Issuance Plan, on June 3,
2025, the Company published the Summary
Prospectus of Sustainable Bonds IV OCBC Phase |
Year 2025 in the Kontan and Bisnis Indonesia
newspapers, as well as on the Company's website.
