perdagangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Percepatan pengakhiran periode pembelian kembali saham
Perseroan ini karena kondisi Pasar Modal Indonesia serta
harga saham Perseroan telah relatif stabil.

Conditions published on 25 March 2025, we herewith
announce that the Company intends to accelerate the share
buyback period, which was originally scheduled to end on 24
June 2025, to 15 May 2025 on the first trading session at the
Indonesia Stock Exchange.
The acceleration of the ending of the share buyback period is
due to the fact that the condition of the Indonesian Capital
Market and the Companys share price have relatively
stabilized.
