Percepatan pengakhiran periode pembelian kembali saham Perseroan ini karena kondisi Pasar Modal Indonesia serta harga saham Perseroan telah relatif stabil. Referring to the Company's Disclosure of Information regarding the Shares Buyback Plan in Significantly Fluctuating Market Conditions published on 25 March 2025, we herewith announce that the Company intends fo accelerate the share buyback period, which was originally scheduled to end on 24 June 2025, to 15 May 2025 on the first trading session at the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
