Menyetujui pemberian consent fee sebesar 0,1% dari nilai pokok, yang dibayarkan sebanyak 1 kali pada Triwulan Pertama Jadwal Pembayaran Bunga setelah disetujuinya Usulan RUPO ini. 3. Menyetujui perubahan klausa di dalam perjanjian terkait Obligasi sehubungan dengan perubahan jangka waktu jatuh tempo pokok Obligasi. 4. Menyetujui memberikan kuasa dari pemegang obligasi kepada wali amanat untuk menjalankan segala tindakan yang diperlukan sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan keputusan ini, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada penandatangan perjanjian terkait Obligasi. Agenda Request for Change of Bond Maturity Payment Schedule
Result of Meeting
The result of the meeting is elaborated as follows :
1. Approve the change in the principal maturity period of the bonds from 2 years to May 24, 2027
2. Approve the granting of a consent fee of 0.1% of the principal value, which is paid once in the First Quarter of the
Interest Payment Schedule after the approval of this RUPO Proposal.
3. Approve the change in clauses in the agreement related to the Bonds in connection with the change in the
principal maturity period of the Bonds.
4. Approve to grant power of attorney from the bondholders to the trustee to carry out all necessary actions in
connection with the implementation of this decision, including but not limited to signing the agreement related to the
Bonds.
