                                                              the Takeover of Public Companies, which was published
                                                              in International Media on page 6 dated April 2, 2024, SKI
                                                              plans to further develop the Company in line with SKI’s
                                                              overall business strategy, while taking into account the
                                                              best interests of SKI and the SKI Group to create
                                                              synergies between the Company and SKI.
