dan berdasarkan Keputusan Sirkular Pemegang Saham BPS
tertanggal 22 April 2025, yang termuat dalam Akta No. 06
Tanggal 5 Mei 2025 yang dibuat dihadapan Notaris Jessica, S.
H., M.Kn., di Kota Tangerang, memutuskan untuk :
1. Menyetujui pembubaran dan melikuidasi BPS
terhitung sejak 22 April 2025;
2. Menyetujui pemberian kuasa dan wewenang kepada
Kamal sebagai Likuidator; dan
3. Lain-lain.
Berdasarkan akta di atas, Likuidator telah mengumumkan
pembubaran BPS (dalam Likuidasi) pada tanggal 5 Mei 2025
pada media cetak Harian Neraca.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sampai dengan saat ini, tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perseroan.

ownership of 99.99%
Description of Material Information or Referring to the provisions of OJK Regulation No.
Facts 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of Information or
Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies, the Decree of
the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services
Authority Number KEP-53/D.04/2024 concerning the
Revocation of Business License of a Securities Company as a
Broker-Dealer that Does Not Administer Customer Securities
Accounts to BPS, and based on the Circular Resolution of
BPS Shareholders dated April 22, 2025, as stated in Deed No.
06 dated May 5, 2025, drawn up before Notary Jessica, S.H.,
M.Kn., in Tangerang City, it has been decided to
1. Approve the dissolution and liquidation of BPS effective as
of April 22, 2025;
2. Approve the granting of power and authority to Kamal as the
Liquidator; and
3. Other matters.
Based on the aforementioned deed, the Liquidator has
announced the dissolution of BPS (in Liquidation) on May 5,
2025, in the Neraca Daily newspaper.

facts towards Issuers or Public information, or material fact on the Company's operational
