ADCP terus berfokus pada penerapan bisnis properti yang terintegrasi dengan berbagai fasilitas, seperti
Transportasi Publik, Area Komersial, Area Terbuka Hijau, serta Fasilitas Publik lainnya. Perseroan juga turut

sistem manajemen anti penyuapan dan mengawasi penerapan standar anti penyuapan.

juga dilarang memberikan gratifikasi dalam bentuk apapun kepada pihak pihak yang memiliki hubungan

mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan terkait jabatan mereka. Ketentuan ini disosialisasikan secara luas
melalui pengumuman pada setiap proses pengadaan barang atau jasa, kontrak, dan komunikasi resmi
kepada pihak eksternal. ADCP juga secara rutin menyelenggarakan sosialisasi pengendalian gratifikasi

aimed at achieving zero emissions, responsible natural resource management, and reducing its carbon
footprint.

Steps that have been taken and emission reductions that have been achieved compared to the previous year
The Company remains committed to reducing greenhouse gas GHG emissions resulting from operational
activities and contributing to the mitigation of negative environmental impacts, including climate change. Several
programs have been implemented by the Company in relation to GHG emission reduction, including Initiatives to
reduce electricity consumption, Emissions testing for vehicles, Routine maintenance of vehicle engines and other
equipment.

submitted to the Board of Directors. The Evaluation Team assesses the longlist to obtain a shortlist List of

particularly in efforts to obtain confidential information or influence decisions related to their role position.
The rules on this matter are clearly stated in all procurement announcements, contracts, and formal
communications with external parties. ADCP regularly disseminates the gratification control policies through
awareness campaigns to all employees, including providing drop boxes in public areas of ADCP head office
to facilitate gratuity reporting.
