Sekilas Perseroan
Company Overview
PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (selanjutnya disebut “SEMA” atau “Perseroan”/”Perusahaan”) berdiri tahun 2009
dan bergerak di bidang ketenagalistrikan, dan sebagai salah satu pelopor manufaktur panel listrik di Indonesia.
Perseroan merupakan partner dari Siemens Technology dan Hyundai Electric Business Partner, dan juga
merupakan FiberHome Authorized FitOn Series Assembler.
Perseroan berlokasi di desa Curug, Kecamatan Gunung Sindur, Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan luas lahan menca-
pai 7.210 meter persegi dengan luas pabrik 3.700 meter persegi. Pada Tahun 2022 Perseroan dipercaya
sebagai Mitra Resmi Smart PV Bersama Huawei Digital Power, dan Perseroan mulai merambah bisnis Energi
Baru Terbarukan (EBT) dengan menawarkan produk PLTS (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya) on/off grid. Pada
tahun 2022 Perseroan juga mulai merambah bisnis Data Center, Telekomunikasi, EV Charging.
PT Semacom Integrated Tbk (here in after referred to as “SEMA” or “the Company”/”the company”) was estab-
lished in 2009 and is engaged in electricity, and as one of the pioneers of electrical panel manufacturing in Indo-
nesia. The company is a partner of Siemens Technology and Hyundai Electric Business Partner, and is also a
FiberHome Authorized FitOn Series Assembler.
The Company is located in Curug village, Gunung Sindur District, West Java province with a land area of 7,210
