Facts had completed the settlement for shares purchase transaction
through third voluntary tender offer of PT Multistrada Arah
Sarana Tbk on 25 April 2025. Pursuant to Article 2 and Article
4 of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.4/2024 on the Report on
Ownership or Any Ownership Change in Public Company and
Reports on Pledging Activities of Public Company Shares,
CGEM has reported the changes in the Company share
ownership as in the attached document.
