Dear Sir/Madam, Respective with the conclusion of the Third Voluntary Tender Offer Period by Compagnie Gengrale des Etablissements Michelin (“CGEM”) for PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk (“MASA”) shares, we hereby submit the Third Voluntary Tender Offer result report in compliance with the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.54/POJK.04/2015 on Voluntary Tender Offers and referring to the disclosure of information of the voluntary tender offer process announced on 20 January 2025 in Investor Daily and Kontan. The Third Voluntary Tender Offer Period was scheduled from 14 March 2025 to 13 April 2025, and the settlement of the transaction was completed on 25 April 2025, the voluntary tender offer price paid was in accordance with the disclosure of information, at Rp8,400 (eight hundred four hundred Rupiah) per share. Results of the Voluntary Tender Offer Process for the overall Voluntary Tender Offer Process are as follows: Number of Fully Period Part a — Received Tendered Number of Offer Period 1 278 29.102.995 Period II 36 252,486 Period III 33 938,640 CGEM has acguired additional 938,640 (ninety hundred thirty eight thousand six hundred forty) shares and after the settlement completion, CGEM owned 9,180,060,823 (nine billion one hundred eighty million sixty thousand eight hundred twenty three) shares representing 99.969Y4 (ninety nine point nine six nine percent) from the total number of shares issued and fully paid shares in MASA.
